Go to the 'My Setting' page again, and again click on the 'Profile' tab, then 'Change Avatar'. Click the 'Remove My Avatar' link if available then...

delete the 'http://' that is automatically populated in the 'Your Image Avatars' text box, then with a blank box paste this link...

Then click the 'Save Changes' button, it should the appear when it reloads. Don't worry, I've had it not work before but when I do it again it does..

Sorry if I am being a nuisance TB&W. I have followed all your instructions to the letter and still no joy. The only problem I seem to have is that I can't find any way of copying and pasting on my web page (Google home page) so I have had to type the whole link into the box letter by letter. I have checked it thoroughly and it is all there even though it is not all visible at once (too big for the box). Is the problem that I am not using "copy & paste"?

OH yes just one more thing: if I delete the http:// and then type the rest in I get a message that says "cant find this URL" or words to that effect.

Fife.You need to open two windows and copy from one to the other. Thats what I did anyway. You can get them both on the screen at the same time by reducing them with the double square box at the top of the page.

None... He's a stubborn and arrogant bgugger. However I am very happy to have Prem safety, top half finishes, european trips etc. Plus he's the only real football manager that we've had since Hughes.

People should stop having a go at LT for “lifting” the story from this thread. Without the help of the LT and particularly the help of Andy Cryer we wouldn’t have got all the messages from the “John Williams Appreciation Thread” to John Williams so quickly and John reply was aimed at "all" fans so am grateful to LT for running it on their website/paper.

Andy Cryer gets a lot of unjustified stick on this forum, almost all of the time when he runs stories he has the best interests of the club at heart (many many other journalists don't), he and the LT have been very helpful over the last few months.

I wish he could've talked some sense into the owners on December 13, 2010.

I'm sure thay are wishing that we had done too. If we go down I'm sure that they will snaffle as much of the parachute payments as are left after the players have been paid up but I bet they will still blow a huge bundle on their Premier League experience.

Yep they'll get a bloody nose but we will be in admin probably - hope the buckys and imys are proud!? mind you they never go anyway so what do they care? only thing they were ever interested in was some political sh1te.

After 5 posts on the forum, nobody really cares what you have to say about Bucky and Imy.

They have no reason to be 'proud', they didn't personally sack Sam, neither did they suggest Kean should be the long term replacement, so pipe down.

There are plenty on here who don't go who care - some people don't live close enough to go all the time.

Proud of what? I have been on the MB for 2 years and have never hidden before or after games after making points, I think your having a 'Charlie Sheen' moment.

No Rovers fan wants to see us in this situation and everyone knows the consequences if we go down. There was no huge anti Sam protest and the decision to get rid of Sam did come out of the blue. The owners made the decision to get rid of Sam and replace him with Kean, not the fans.

I'm not in any clique at all, I just think it's a bit rich someone who joined the forum recently name dropping and having a real go at people for no apparent reason.

Just don't agree with some random guy coming on here and trying to 'blame' messageboard posters for the current mess.

In fairness Andy does act like the press officer for the club most of the time.

I suppose he can only write what is reported to him. But I suggest the temptation to put his own slant on things could be hard to endure.
