Considering how most of your contributions when you last posted regularly used to be gratiuitious personal insults towards our former manager in lieu of actual football analysis, I think I'll ignore your remarks thanks. How did that whole anti-Sam crusade you went on go? Are you glad to finally have owners that think along similar lines to you?

And to clarify my earlier post, I wasn't tarring waggy with the paedophile brush. But anyone who has been to that part of the world will know exactly what I mean. You only need to walk through the streets of the major conurbations in SE Asia to see scores of middle aged and above Western men with a young Thai/Cambodian/Vietnamese girl half his age on his arm. These girls are usually within legal age and everything is above board, but personally it still turns my stomach and many other peoples too.

Is waggy on a similar mission? I have absolutely no information to hand to say if he is or not, so I am in no way pointing an accusatory finger. But although I have no definitive statistics, from my two reasonably lengthy trips to that part of the world, out of the all the middle aged men that go out there without family at least half of them fall into that category.

I grew up abroad, and have been on holiday in many different places so you can't throw that one at me. So this bloke who got beaten up, what evidence was there that he was dodgy and up to no good? Or was he convicted of a prior crime and found with a 10 year old?

the bar i visit on the beach is family owned,jamie the barboy is 14,i had a do with his brother why he was not at school,he said it cost $24 a term,and the family thought it better that he worked.i said to him he was ruining jamies chance of bettering himself,many round the bar agreed and we had a whip round,the monies were raised and jamie now goes to school.

you see not every middle aged loser is bad,and by the way the last 2 girls in rishton i went out with were aged 22 and 25,i used to ask them what they so in me,they both answered the same

Waggy, I'm so pleased to see you are embracing and learning about the local culture, engaging with the indigenous populace and generally making the most of everything Cambodia has to offer.

I have no "unsavoury train of thoughts" regarding your move whatsoever and in fact I would say you are an object lesson for all Britons going abroad in search of a different way of life and see you as a great ambassador for your country.

I have no idea why people have the impression you would get involved in fights in bars or would frequent the sort of places folk would normally avoid but I'm sure you will correct that impression at some point.

Good on ya waggy, May pop over to see you from Phuket around Christmas time, should be heading out of Accy again around September, Visa run every three months and keep saying I'll do Cambodia with Air Asia instead of the bloody mini bus up to Burma.
