Again, this is such a pointless argument to make because it does nothing to argue your point against Sam being a good manager and it completely fails to take into account clubs like Everton who have consistently underperformed at the start of the season, only to be one of the form teams throughout the latter part of it and go on to finish 5th.

Wolves at home the defence was shocking and we were lucky not to be at least two down before we scored. Gav has a point, the defence has been average at best all season. What I don't understand is the fact people are happy with the fact sam started to play football once we hit a certain points tally. Usually we were not far off bottom then he got the team playing and we hit midtable. Imagine if sam had played the whole season as he did the last quarter.

When was it 'shambolic' this season? United away obviously, but apart from that we were solid as ever.

Spurs away, we were torn apart - they could/should have scored 8.

One game that sticks in my mind was the home game against Wolves, we should have been 2 or 3 down before we scored and they waved the white flag.

2.did i agree with sacking? ....if you go back on here you will find that i posted that i thought the sacking was strange,even i would have gone to the end of the season if i was the new owner.

3.is kean the right man? ...having sacked him the way the way they did you would have thought they would have had a plan ..by plan i mean a bonified manager and not just promote the brew lad.....is kean right...not by any stretch of imagination.

4.do i blame kean for whats happenened? NO....its down to the stupidity,naievity,loonacy of Venkys (mrs D) for not having a clue and letting (alleged imho) blood sucking agents to run the asylum and for letting the man with all the know JW.

5.my thoughts on kean...hes out of his depth as is shown by dropping a "scoring " striker after every game they score in,that is what does that mean? bizzare to say the least.

its quite funny, that those people, who on a regular basis slated sam, called him fat and other derogatory words, are the exact same people, who are trying to strangle a civilized debate, under the we-need-to-stand-united-banner.
