Ah, this coming from a man who once messaged me basically asking me to curb my personal insults.

Classy.

Just a bit of gentle ribbing. As you inferred to me, people need to be a little less sensitive. Can't take your own medicine Doc?

Anyway, i thought the 'goodnight' showed it was said in jest.

Ask yourself these questions before being happy to continue with Kean next season..

Are you confident we will stay up next season with Kean?

Do you think Kean has the confidence and respect of the majority of the current squad?

Are you happy with Keans relationship with the owners?

Do you think Kean will attract or select players that are quality players or have commitment to the club?

Has he made a substitution that has affected the game yet?

Have our tactics been much different than Allardyces?

If you were a fan of a club in a simialar position as us would you want us to continue with Kean or employ a more experienced better quality man?

Can we afford the chauffeur?

If steve kean was guilty of getting us into this mess , then by definition alone he should take the credit for keeping us up , he should never have got the job in the first place , but he is the manager and the owners want to keep him as manager we should now get behind him and the team and look forward to the future, if Venky's are true to their word this should be a close season we can enjoy

YES

Do you think Kean has the confidence and respect of the majority of the current squad?

Judging by the last few games, Yes

Are you happy with Keans relationship with the owners?

Bit sucking up, but yes in general

Do you think Kean will attract or select players that are quality players or have commitment to the club?

Not sure he will attract decent names to the club unfortunately

Has he made a substitution that has affected the game yet?

Every game - very few in a positive way though :)

Have our tactics been much different than Allardyces?

The football has definitely been better than under Allardyce.

If you were a fan of a club in a simialar position as us would you want us to continue with Kean or employ a more experienced better quality man?

Can we afford the chauffeur?

Dont much about it except he goes there for monthly discussions.

Money talks- if he can get Jones, Samba, Nelsen, Salgado etc to sign extensions then why not others, they will either sign on because of him or the money.

Has he made a substitution that has affected the game yet?

I am sure there have been subs that have made an impact, MGP had a decent 10 minute spell vs Bolton recently.

Have our tactics been much different than Allardyces?

Very different, his major saving grace- we look to play with width- pace and power, with a pre season could be exciting next year.

If you were a fan of a club in a simialar position as us would you want us to continue with Kean or employ a more experienced better quality man?

Probably continue with Kean, I would like an experienced manager.

Can we afford the chauffeur?

We're looking like a side that can play football, this with a manager who by all accounts can't manage for toffee. The same players have been hoofing the ball and playing percentage football for the past 2yrs.

So these facts alone give us cause for optimism even if Kean stays in charge.

The same manager who knew full well that Wolves in the second half would throw the kitchen sink at us,push us back, then took off an outlet for counter attack and the only defensive option if an injury occurred to a defender???

And thats optimism? the substitutions almost snatched a draw out of a guaranteed victory!!!

Guaranteed by his team selection and tactics.

When was the last time a team set up by Sam went 3-0 up away from home?

Never?

Steve Kean I salute you.

You've no managerial experience, no tactical nouse, a bunch of players that have been hoofing the ball for 2yrs and.......

YOU MANAGED TO KEEP US UP!

CONGRATULATIONS

No he didnt manage to keep us up, we should never have been in the position we were in and he almost, with poor substitutions, cost us the game again!!

Hard to say and even if the players respect the manager it doesn't guarantee results.

Are you happy with Keans relationship with the owners?

Don't know much about it - can't really make a judgement.

Do you think Kean will attract or select players that are quality players or have commitment to the club?

No

Has he made a substitution that has affected the game yet?

The success of Substitutions have been mixed, some have changed the game in a positive way and others in a negative way.

Have our tactics been much different than Allardyces?

It has been different especially at the beginning of Kean's tenure. When Rovers have needed points he has reverted to Sam's style more often.

If you were a fan of a club in a simialar position as us would you want us to continue with Kean or employ a more experienced better quality man?

I wouldn't continue with Kean and look to replace him at the earliest opportunity.

Can we afford the chauffeur?

Yes

When was the last time a manager with such an abysmal record, allowed to keep his job, circumstances dictate games at times and today nerves played a huge part in the game, Wolves had almost 70% possession and could at least have drawn if not won, a game is played over 90 minutes and each game we see us capitulate in the second half, I wonder what the reason for that is.

We have stayed up but have the clown next year, lets watch the season ticket sales take a dive, and since you think you are correct, perhaps you could answer why over 80% of supporters think differently to you?

We'll see.

But im pretty confident that if he takes the form from the last few games of the season into next season, everything will be just fine.

I don't necessarily think sacking the manager after the last few games will have quite the effect that you are looking for.

I didn't want a rookie in charge, but hes not a rookie anymore. He got results when it mattered. If he is bad manager and it's all down to the players, you would expect them to come out now and say so. I doubt that they will.

Round and round we go, fact is that unless Venky's are lying to Kean and the press then he is NOT going to get sacked.

Kamy as you are in the know (well more than the vast majority of us), I was just wondering would a protest against the manager force their hand or is there no chance of him going? Could it be the case that the owners really don't know how despised the man is/how he isn't supported by the vast majority of the fans? There has been no rally's, protests, Kean out banners etc. They might not have a clue about what the fans feel about him.

I think Venky's will give Kean a chance to see if he can keep us afloat next season.

Personally I don't have much confidence in the guy regardless of the last few games, I think we'll be in or around the relegation zone in December if Kean is in charge.

Think I read on BBC that the possession was 55/45 to Wolves nowhere near 70%. Well Mark Hughes had a record this year which was worse than Keans and he still remained Fulham manager- major improvement since. To be fair to Kean he has made me question my stance about firing him to the extent that if he was manager next year I'd give him a fresh start.
