From the people article written by dave kidd, he said that Balaji and Venkatesh Rao are to want a more experienced manager at Ewood Park.

But who is this person and will he be able to attract better quality players and are they going to back the manager a decent transfer money pot.

Does anybody know how much has Kean got to spend in the summer?

I agree the squad was average at best but that does not mean we "certain" to be in a relegation battle because we had a very good manager who knew what he was doing. In my opinion we would have finished at least better than the 10th place achieved in 2009-10.

I was worried at one stage about our form at one stage under Sam but always had faith in him to pull through - unlike Kean.

I didn't say we would finish in the top 4 - if you read it properly it was a rhetorical reply to your nonsense about the "certainty" of us being in a relegated battle under Sam.

Here is what you said after the Chelsea game (30th October 2010)

"Playing badly and winning = mark of champions.

Playing well and losing = relegation candidates.

Whichever way you dress it up, it was one and possibly three points squandered today.

Added to the other points unnecessarily dropped and they make the difference between staying up and going down next May.

If those are our only signings this summer then I am worried, but we have signed Rochina and Formica already so investment is being made.

So the media that didn't quite manage to undermine the club enough to create unrest that lead to relegation, starts early with unsettling in the close season.

Has any paper reported good news such as season ticket pricing?

Every single person I speak to at the moment is saying to me Kean simply needs to go, however I am ready to wipe the slate clean and see how he goes.

With our owners making one of the strangest decisions in recent times to actually appoint him, let's hope to hell Jerome's judgement proves fruitful.

I gave up believing anything the national media said long ago, this is the first article claiming a split in the ranks, It’ll be interesting to see if anything comes of this, most of the time is simply lies by the journalists, nothing more.

However if it is true(not being sexist ,it would be same if she was a bloke) then how can this woman who has been to ONE chuffing game (mind you still one more than some gobbies on here ;)) in her life and is running our club ,how can she HONESTLY know who is a good manager or not.(i know where shes hearing it but ffs ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH)

Someone (whoever is highest ranked NON PUPPET) should fly out and tell this deluded woman some home truths about the history of the club and fans,what rovers is all about and just what football is all about....TO THE FANS MRS D ITS OUR LIFE,PASSION AND THE REASON WE GO TO WORK AND SAVE TO WATCH OUR BELOVED CLUB.....GET IT INTO YOUR THICK HEAD WE ARE ROVERS TIL WE DIE AND NOT JUST YOUR PET PLAY THING....ITS REAL LIFE FOOTBALL NOT FOOTBALL MANAGER WHERE YOU GO BACK TO A SAVED GAME IF IT GOES CHICKEN ASS UP!!!!!!!!!

Can you give an example of anything Nicko has reported that is factually inaccurate? His opinion on Kean is exactly that.

I believe nothing that a red top journo says. I might make a mental note but thats it. Sometimes they are accurate sometimes it's spin and sometimes it's malicious mischief making. Until they report accurately and factually then the only way to not be taken in is to take it all with a large pinch of salt. Heed the old saying....... believe half of what you see and none of what you hear (or in this case read).

btw have you got to the bottom of the story of the London Transport bus spotted on the moon with Elvis at the wheel yet imy?

As far as I have read his stuff on Venkys, the takeover etc have been spot on, BPF, even Philip acknowledges this but I suppose your sources are telling you something else...same ones who told you ticket prices were rising or different ones lol!
