I hope Pafell that you will apply that to anybody causing death by their own misdemeanours e.g. speeding / driving without due care and attention / dangerous driving / driving under the influence of drugs / falling asleep at the wheel / driving with tyre treads below the legal limit / driving wearing the burqa resulting in impaired vision / driving with no MOT / faulty brakes / people running red lights (an increasing phenomenon imo) / driving with an empty winscreen water bottle and most frequent of all imo driving whilst operating a mobile phone etc etc.
