ABBEY Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 No Falling Out Over Kean The Venky’s source added that Mrs Desai consults her brothers on all Rovers related decisions and regards Balaji Rao as the family’s “football expert” and would not go against the advice of her brothers as far as Rovers related decisions are concerned. we up ###### creek without a paddle ! think we need ted venky!

Steve Moss Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 Theno- I will try again- you said do you still believe anything he says in reference to Nicko, I asked can you give an example of when he has been wrong. You have a vendetta against him which has been bordering on X Files hysteria. Kean's a "gem"? That opinion has hardly been established as accurate.
imy9 Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 Kean's a "gem"? That opinion has hardly been established as accurate. That's his opinion Steve, as I have an opinion that Kalinic is a poor striker. Everything about the takeover, transfers Rovers related etc have been spot on.
thenodrog Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 If a death is caused by it - I believe it should. I hope Pafell that you will apply that to anybody causing death by their own misdemeanours e.g. speeding / driving without due care and attention / dangerous driving / driving under the influence of drugs / falling asleep at the wheel / driving with tyre treads below the legal limit / driving wearing the burqa resulting in impaired vision / driving with no MOT / faulty brakes / people running red lights (an increasing phenomenon imo) / driving with an empty winscreen water bottle and most frequent of all imo driving whilst operating a mobile phone etc etc. I'm sure the roads will be a lot quieter Pafell..... would you still be drawing breath btw?
thenodrog Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 No Falling Out Over Kean "100% backing of all the owners" The dreaded vote of confidence from the directors. Thats him dead in the water then! Bilaji Rao a football expert!!! I'd wager that what he knows could be written on the head of a pin. Reminds me of the age old definition of an 'expert'. An ex is a has been and a spurt is a drip under pressure.
MarkBRFC71 Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 Reminds me of the age old definition of an 'expert'. An ex is a has been and a spurt is a drip under pressure. Cheers. Explains why Allardyce called himself 'The Expert' perfectly.
cruz Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 We are all experts in our own minds, aren't we? We have all garnered our knowledge from watching professional football rather than playing it. I wouldn't be arrogant enough to say I, or any other football fan, was a bigger expert than Bilaji as I have never met him. Now if it was to come out that he was really a closet Man U fan that would be a different story
John Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 Which one of the Rao brothers wanted Maradona as manager?
cruz Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 Which one of the Rao brothers wanted Maradona as manager? According to sources (guess work of tired hacks??) it was Bilaji's "idea" though nobody actually came out and said they wanted maradona but I suppose nobody wanted Kean either Bilaji (Left) and Venketash (Right)
Steve Moss Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 If I have to pick one of the two as chairman for the Rovers, I vote Venkatesh.
jim mk2 Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 Come on Old Chap no need to resort to insults, why don't you use that superior intellect of yours and respond to the points made, I even highlighted sections for you As usual you have taken quotes out of context and misunderstood others. I'm on your case lad.
imy9 Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 As usual you have taken quotes out of context and misunderstood others. I'm on your case lad. So that would be a no to actually responding to the points that I made? I even gave dates so that it would clear when you made the comments. 'I'm on your case' what does that mean?!
sambo Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 So that would be a no to actually responding to the points that I made? I even gave dates so that it would clear when you made the comments. 'I'm on your case' what does that mean?! Be afraid. Be very afraid.

'I'm on your case' what does that mean?! You'll know soon but that coupled with your misunderstanding of other English phrases and your use of the word "Blackburn" instead of Rovers a clear picture is emerging.
imy9 Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 Huh? Just for the record Old Chap as I sense you are inferring that either I am a mole working Venkys or a Burnley fan, I am an AST in English at a school in Birmingham, feel free to do some research as to what that is-my understanding of English is fine, yours though... You have had numerous posts removed already surely you've learnt your lesson by now?

Just for the record "old chap" no Rovers fan would refer to the team or the club as "Blackburn" as you have on a number of occasions. I don't need to do any research thank you to know all I need to know about you.

cruz Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 My favourite football team is Blackburn. What's yours Jim?
92er Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 My favourite football team is Blackburn. What's yours Jim? He's a fan. So it won't be Blackburn.
Glenn Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 Right. The petty squabbling, name calling, valueless ad-infinitum case-stating and attempted point scoring stops here or I'll be encouraging the mods to hand out lengthy posting bans regardless of how long you've been around or whether you're capable off adding good content as well as drivel. BEHAVE ! We have enough fun stopping the board turning into mindless drivel during transfer season as it is without those who should know better making it worse.
