brfcjon Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 I have never called for a manager to go before. Even Kidd I was willing to give a chance. BUT KEAN HAS TO WALK NOW. and I mean WALK as we shouldn't pay sh't for him turning the club in to a joke with his poultry friends.
BangkokRover Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Come on you BLUES!!!!!! RSC has been shocking today why is he on the pitch???
Balwer Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 PLEASE SACK HIM Won't happen. His stirring words at halftime to help stage a miraculous comeback will be the focus...
LeChuck Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 PLEASE SACK HIM I hate him, nearly as much as Ince. Someone needs to out the fraudster and get him away from the club immediately.
Billy Castell Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Sack the ____. Magath is now available, so see if he fancies a challenge. Kean will stay though, and would have even if we lost.
Roversi Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Steve will feel unlucky today, Webb had a shocker, whilst his lino had a great game. stats will show we should of won, david vaughan's last ditch tackles, holiett hitting the post. unlucky, but nxt home game vs blues is again, must win.
LeChuck Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Again we only scored goals by lumping it forward. We can't score goals playing football with this personnel so why try? Play to your strengths. We can get new personnel and change eventually, but for now it's needs must.
Balwer Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 If he goes tonight we will be able to have someone in place and settled in time for the Birmingham game. The Arsenal game will be almost impossible to get anything from, for Kean or a new manager, so there will be less expectation first up for a new face. Of course I'm just playing a bit of mental Football Manager here, it won't happen...
Bobby G Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 I beg God please give some brains for whoever has the power to sack this "manager", otherwise give the "manager" the testicular fortitude to walk away. 2 points lost once the hysteria of the equalizer has cooled down.

Of course I'm just playing a bit of mental Football Manager here, it won't happen... Not happening. I'd bet that Kean will play up how he got the team to dominate the second half, how the refereeing decisions went against us, how the team is united and fully supportive of him............. and of course, how much backing he has from the owners........
The Gull Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 I hate him, nearly as much as Ince. Someone needs to out the fraudster and get him away from the club immediately. At least Ince had some top level experience and pedigree, even if he was clueless tactically I'd have him back over this fecking idiot
Stuart Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 I think Kean has bought himself another stay of execution today (with Venky's not necessarily with the most of fans). It has to be said though, the mood of fans walking up (the) Bolton Road was definitely upbeat. Celebratory even. Maybe this is his "City match"... here's hoping, because after 45 minutes we were staring into the whites of the eyes of oblivion!

Some of the Sam haters neglect to acknowledge that largely that's how we've been clawing back during both of our last 2 matches.
Ferrit Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 A point simply isn't enough. Can someone please explain to me how Mame stayed on the pitch for 72 minutes? The ironic thing is we were all celebrating the last minute goal, and it'll probably send us down. Kean still in charge = relegation.
Stuart Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Ironically all of Blackpool chances came from set pieces. For soft decisions in the main.
LeChuck Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Some of the Sam haters neglect to acknowledge that largely that's how we've been clawing back during both of our last 2 matches. I know, it's very frustrating. We are, beyond any doubt, more likely to score goals when we lump balls into the box. There is a mass of recent evidence to support this. So surely it maximises our chances of scoring to adopt this approach constantly, instead of resorting to it when Plan A fails? Mind you, Kean is probably bound by whatever spin he fed Venky's about style of football to scam his way into the job.
Backroom DE. Posted March 19, 2011 Backroom Posted March 19, 2011 Mind you, Kean is probably bound by whatever spin he fed Venky's about style of football to scam his way into the job. Exactly. If he goes back to Sam's style of football - but does it worse - he'll be basically showing Venky's they should have just stuck with Allardyce instead of overestimating the ability of our squad enormously and hiring an unknown to make them play football they're not capable of.
RibbleValleyRover Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 All I am feeling is if we stick with Kean we are going down, if we bring in a new manager we might have a chance of staying up.
Ferrit Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 All I am feeling is if we stick with Kean we are going down, if we bring in a new manager we might have a chance of staying up. 100% agreed, exactly how I feel.

It seemed Sam was dead and buried after that but he came back. We can live in hope for Kean.
Ferrit Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Something else worth mentioning, one of the main drivers in sacking Sam was to play "better football".... however the only way we seem to be able to score goals is hoofball into the box with pressure on the keeper.
John Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 In Kean and Jensen we trust, what sorry state of affairs, cheers Jerome.
Guest linganzi Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Sam also ###### venkys off by suggesting we loaned roque............useless
