Something very odd going on. Someone I know inside the club has just been told that Kean has handed in his resignation but it has not been answered....yet.

Very odd.

I've had SkySports news on most of the day and there's been no mention of Kean.

I'm not complaining though, I get to gawp at Natalie Sawyer.

I wish Nat would wear a Rovers top !!!!! Or better still no top ..

Sounds like Kean is trying to force the owners hands, fair play to him if that is true.

Has he been on Sky Sports yet?

This suprises me, but also worries me to be honest. If Kean won't work with the owners then who would?

The version of this story I've heard doesn't contain the Mark Hughes happy ending I'm afraid.

There is something to be optimistic about, I've been told this three times today, but noone seems to know what it is. I bet Nicko does...

Maybe Venkys have just remembered that pre-contract that he signed, and asked Mr Steve to hand his resignation in rather than face a sacking.

something is going on no doubt about it, we were expecting that Pavone will be unveiled on Monday, that did not happen. Now all these Kean stories are coming out that he is on his way out very odd. Not heared the sky sports news interview yet as well, which was planned for today. Could be good news that Kean is going, but have the Venkys got someone else lined up and if so will the new manager be given the funds he is needed???

Seems to me that even this talk of a press conference might just be a scurrilous rumour. When was it supposed to happen?

:lol: Of all the, as yet, unsubstantiated stories surrounding Rovers over the last 8 months it's obviously the press conference rumour that's the most controversial :lol:
