LeChuck Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 legitimate judgement via results on the pitch. To be fair, a lot of us did that last year and some people wouldn't accept the criticism even then. I'm quite happy to wipe the slate clean on the basis last season's shambles could have been because he was using a squad used to a different style. No excuses after a full pre-season though.

Hi Mack Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 At any other club it would be crazy to even think of sacking a manager before a ball has been kicked in the new season....But the way things happened last season regarding Keans appointment, and the way things nose dived the moment Donut took the helm, its perfectly understandable, most of the football was dire, least under Sam it was dire but with a winn at the end of it. How has this Idiot got got the top job at our club? Please tick the green positve button to the right regards!

I cannot for the life of me understand why anyone would post negative nonsense on the eve of the new campaign. Its not just you Hi mack, but how can you go to the match today with any sort of optimism or try to enjoy the game, having posted that load of cr@p? I’d be slitting my wrists before I got to the Ewood triangle. “it would be crazy to even think of sacking a manager before a ball has been kicked in the new season....But the way things happened last season regarding Keans appointment, and the way things nose dived the moment Donut took the helm, its perfectly understandable” Got to be most stupid comment I’ve read in a while, bearing in mind we have a number of idiots on this site, that’s some accolade. Reality check is whats required by some of you lot, we're in the premeriship, we go again starting today, lets back the team and the manager, now theirs a though

Its not just you Hi mack, but how can you go to the match today with any sort of optimism or try to enjoy the game, having posted that load of cr@p? It's lazy, too, Gav. What can you say about Kean & Venky's that hasn't been said a million times on this forum already? Some members have become complete bores with their constant badmouthing of the manager & the owners, twisting anything at the club into another cheap dig at their expense.

I didn't like Allardyce for many reasons, but I'd never have sat here with 3hrs to the start of the new season and hammer the guy I gave him stick, some justified some probably not, but this Kean vendetta is just that, a vendetta, I'm hoping its just the bedroom dwellers on here, I'll know more at 5pm.

So you admit to giving Allardyce some stick that probably wasn't justified. Yet you say others have a vendetta against Kean? Brilliant GAV! If I wasn't on my phone, you'd get a +1 for that.

yoda Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 Predictions for th season Lawo: video link do we have to have the friend of dorothy on here?
PAFELL Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 Predictions for th season Lawo: video link Not surprised with the prediction to be honest, especailly with Kean as the manager. Faster he leaves the better.
G Somerset Rover Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 I know we had injuries today but for those in the know is there any chance of this mug getting potted if we carry on this season as we've started today?
Billy Castell Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 We're stuck with this ___. It's too near the end of the window to bring in a real manager and find transfer targets they want. We should have binned him as soon as the final whistle went last season.
Amo Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 I know we had injuries today but for those in the know is there any chance of this mug getting potted if we carry on this season as we've started today? I'm sure we'll have another 20 pages of this before our next match. Why waste your breath?
chris Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 So 1 game 1 loss, but this time Kean does not have the results of Sam to keep him from being exposed. Kean has to win one of the next two games to save himself from serious pressure and I don't think we will beat Villa unless some signings are made.
Mc Love Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 Glad to see Kean has taken to playing like his predecessor, if its any sort of prediction. Sam will be managing in the Premier League next season and Kean will be unemployed following our relegation
RibbleValleyRover Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 I would have sacked him shortly after the Wolves game at the end of last season. With Kentaro/SEM/Huber/Anderson gone he can't be that safe anymore, let's just hope they get rid before it's too late.
G Somerset Rover Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 I'm sure we'll have another 20 pages of this before our next match. Why waste your breath? As RVR says, surely with Jerome and Kentaro gone he isn't as safe as he once was?
Ferrit Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 He should have been binned 5 months ago, opinion still hasn't changed. Clueless, bald, ****.
Amo Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 As RVR says, surely with Jerome and Kentaro gone he isn't as safe as he once was? I too cannot see anything other than a Villa win next week; surely he's not beyond the boot? Let's face it, people were poised to call for his head after today. What if we win next week? What then? I'm sure it'll be all quiet again until the next bad result. The one thing Venky's have been consistent in has been their support for Kean. You think they'd sack him after one game? Personally, I'd give him ten games, within reason. Can't say fairer than that.

BRFC1995 Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 what did we go a 13 game spell was it without a win in the last 6 months and only the abject awfulness of brum and blackpools 2nd half to the season kept us up.....optimism can feck off until kean is gone....not one single reason to feel optimistic with him in charge, no faith in junior prolonging his stay under this joke. GO NOW end of september may very well be too late, reason i often bet against rovers is not because i want them to lose but because i know every aspect of what too expect with far more certainty than researching some horses form or another club.......so predictable its not true. Glad to see kean got to the route cause of our ###### 2nd halves like he said he had last week. so outstayed your welcome Any manager that got they're job the right way would feel he is within his rights to demand money is made available and the owners stick to whatever promises they made when they gave him the job............can only imagine how feeble kean must be when talking to the owners who gave him a job that by rights he should never have been considered for fearing a stern tone will see him out

I won't hide it, I've never liked Kean and never will for a whole host of reasons. I'm just hoping without his allies now at the club that he's not beyond reproach (as he seemed to be last season) should we start badly this season. 10 games is a fair period of time, but he should have gone a long time ago. IMO.
Mc Love Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 Anyone know a site showing the market on which manager will be sacked first?
