A man who has achieved feck all in the game is given free reign to propel us to relegation is record time, whilst a top manager is thrown out with us looking good for a top half finish.

The mind boggles.

if Mrs Desai asked Kean and jensen to jump they'd ask how fHigh........pair of clowns...Steve kean must be the least honorable manager in the Prem.....sorry coach...

We have the players to be comfortably mid table NOW - it's the muppet in charge.

I wouldn't trust Kean to spend a penny of my money - IMO, if we stay up, backing him in the summer is akin to burning money.

I despaired when I read this article - hoping it's a Nixon bag of wind.

The only solution that I can come up with for that load of crap in tomorrows chip paper and his irrational and continual support of Steve Kean (that doesn't involve money) is that Alan Nixon and Steve Kean are closely related! Love child possibly???

I'm really not happy about this. He is supposed to be managing our football squad not jollying around off to India every few weeks. Absolutely ridiculous.

and if you're not happy mum, I'm not. I can think of no other reason for continually flying out to India than a***h****g - in other words, doing the utmost to impress the owners.

Can anyone else think of a reason?

I really don’t agree with that at all, I think we have an extremely poor side currently, certainly mirrors the one that went down last time for me, but Kean seems out of his depth, I'll give you that.

I don't know what to think anymore.

I really hope, at the end of the season, he will resign. I gave him a chance in my mind, and it just isn't working out. For the good of this football club he should do the honourable thing I think.

I don't think doing that now would do us any favours whatsoever, unless Sam came back. I think even Sam would struggle to turn this situation around.

The only thing I'm clinging to right now, is that they have something special coming in the summer that we don't know about, like Mourinio or something, and throwing him £200mil. I can dream.

Well done Gav, you have just testified positively (but no doubt inadvertantly) to the managerial ability of the previous manager. I completely concur that Allardyce kept a relegation squad in comfortable mid table for 3 seasons. Before the disaster that was always going to be Paul Ince we actually had a mid-table squad that Mark Hughes got into Europe. Proper managers both.

Now, Mancini hasnt flown to Dubai yet, Houllier hasnt flown off to the states, neither has Dalglish, I wonder why its neccessary for a novice to to keep flying to India given our league position?

It really doesnt make sense, the business side of the club should be handled by Tom Finn unless Mrs D is telling Kean

how to play and coach, what input can she give? absolutely nothing, its stupid to say the least.

Kean is struggling with the football side without this nonsense.

The structure of the club is completely unfit for purpose.

Really? How do you work that out? The only thing really missing is a chairman. Not a lot more has changed since Sam was sacked.

I can understand people being upset at Kean going to India at the drop of a hat if there was no good reason. The problem is that we don't know the reason so speculation rules.

Really Ivan?

Tell me any other club that has th manager flying half way round the world every month? Seemingly just to convince the owners to let him stay in the job for a few more weeks.

Or a club that replaces a manager mid season and doesn't replace him.

Ditto the Chairman.

Or a club not safe from relegation that takes relegaton clauses out of players contracts half way through the season.

Or a club that has Football Agencies as part of the club's infrastrucure.
