Speaking to fans of other clubs recently, they said they simply would not accept this at their club and would have done something about it by now.

Clearly no change will take place, for a number of reasons Kean/Venky's seem very close and tied in, sickening.

I fully agree.

There are so many people just accepting the situation, thinking it's too late to make a change - but it's really, really not.

There is still very much time to have somebody like Allardyce-esque save us.

The alternative - leaving this clown in charge - is almost resigning ourselves to relegation without any kind of fight.

If there is something I should be doing then please tell me what, and I'll do it. I'd love to be able to do something, but I don't think they give a monkeys about our opinions/feelings. I want to support the team to stay up because of the potential consequences if we do not, so don't exactly feel comfortable protesting at a game. I think the supporters are (rightfully) outraged and worry it would get us negative attention if a protest was to turn sour. And they wouldn't hear us/notice anyway because they're on the other side of the world.

Kean mentioned that Venkys know what is being said on the internet - they take absolutely no notice of any of it, obviously. It is pretty obvious that the football world (alla Fergie/Redknapp), the media (who I moan about, granted) and (pretty much) all Rovers supporters think we are heading in one direction and we talk about it every day - but Venky's apparently know best.

If I hear the word 'positive' one more time, I think I'll scream. We don't feel positive whatsoever.

Rahh.

At the Stoke game I turned to my Dad and said that I couldn't believe that the club caretaker had been given the job and that anyone could see relegation approaching a mile away.

Kean is a fool. Blackburn Rovers are now a complete joke. Venkys have destroyed this club potentially forever.

If we do go down, they won't be sticking around, I promise you that.

The fact that Kean is STILL the manager should have us rioting in the streets but noone will do anything until it is far too late, it's a shame.

I totally agree BPF with what you have posted!!!

I said the same thing to my friend at the game. I said also that it was a awful game and we didn't look like a team!

I agree that we should be rioting in the streets but I know that people won't do so and it will just be a handful of people!

I don't think that the owners will stay around if we go down! And I do not believe what they said!

Kean shouldn't have been given the manager job at all! But SOMEHOW he got the job!!!

I wonder if we got beat 4 nil or more would the owners sack him???

does anybody know if the owners are coming to the game against Arsenal?

I wonder if the owners will attend any games for the rest of the season?

So we get rid of Kean now and then what? Make Ryan Nelsen manager?

Sounds like a plan to me.

1. What utter nonsense. I have wanted him out since the Fulham game.

1. Really? You fight his corner more than any other I can think of on here!

Did no one tell you about the herd mentality on here?

Well that's a shocker I must say. I mean everything really does point to this being a long term project after all doesn't it, what with all the due care and attention they have spent on the club to date.

Who knows? They may even take another game in yet this season.

EDIT - damn you chaddy and you're "slightly before me" thoughts!

Couldn't agree more, though figuratively rather than literally ! The fans have been incredibly patient. At 2-0 down against Blackpool, Kean's position could have been made untenable - even at that point, I thought that the protests were pretty mild. Would an anhilation against Arsenal be the tipping-point ? Lose to Brum and there might well be uproar, however, as you say, at that point, probably too late.

IMO, Kean is the most despised manager in the history of Rovers.

So we get rid of Kean now and then what? Make Ryan Nelsen manager? I would give more credibility to the desire to sack Kean if there was an alternative that wasn't based in fantasy.

Old mate of mine used to say "If you want something different to happen, you have to do something different". After 2 points out of our last 18 possible and slipping down a very slippery slope to relegation I'd say something different definitely does need to happen. Wouldn't you Roversider? We are drinking in the Last Chance saloon and have nowt really to lose have we?

Did no one tell you about the herd mentality on here?

More like 'flock' mentality yoda.... with an occasional wolfpack formed from the rest.

Heres what we should do, email as many editors of newspapers as we can with the best comments regarding our hopeless manager we can find, make things so uncomfortable for Kean and Venkys that they have to take some kind of action,

Message to Steve Kean, 'You can fool some of the people some of the time, but not all of the people all of the time'

The end is Nigh!!

The sad thing is, he'll take the club down with him. Never mind, more games, cheaper prices (?) and more exotic places to travel eg Scunthorpe and Doncaster.
