They'll never admit it, either in word or deed. They'll ignore the situation as they appear to be wrapped up in the concept that they must be "right". Pride demands it. All facts to the contrary will be ignored.

All of the above is merely my opinion. I would love to be proved wrong.

Does Pride in Indian translate into laughing stock?

You could write a comedy about how ruined this club has become.

Ronaldinho, 5th, The brothers sitting under their blankets at Ewood, Steve Kean...

the only people who wouldnt find it funny are Rovers fans.

135 years of history reduced to this in 4 MONTHS.

Words cannot describe how rediculous this whole situation is

It just seems so unfair that it could get to this point, and so quickly, and with us as fans helpless to do anything about it. It makes me so angry, so depressed, and embarrassed.

I'm sorry to anyone who feels this post makes me a harbinger of doom, a naysayer, a skeptic, a cynic, whatever. I've been holding out hope that today was the day we would turn it around, despite my doubts. But if we finish today with a loss, as seems highly likely, then I think I've just about given up on believing that we'll stay up. I would give an awful lot to be proven wrong though...

Can I spell this out to Kean? Starts R ends elegation. The only top 5 we'll be in is the start of next season in the Championship on alphabetic order. Under the stands the atmosphere is angry, very angry. What will be my last season as a season ticket holder is going to be a sad one atm.

how long before "blackburn rovers Pune" are a bigger team than the real thing, beyond angry right now on to acceptance of being pompey/boro this time next year maybe charlton/southampton in 2 years and bradford in 3 years........thats the venky's business model

Kean HAD to go after the Fulham game.

We have dithered, backed him and then been dealt with this.

To see him say he isnt under pressure and then talk about going for 10th has just been cringeworthy.

This was/is a must win game.

This is the day our owners can see how their ineptiude just ruined any financial investment they made.

What a joke.

Rovers did not play bad at Fulham - just a bad result. Kean should never have been appointed as manager in the first place.

Sadly the owners won't do anything about Kean.

Regardless of the performance, he still had to go. It goes without saying her should never have been appointed, never mind given a contract extension for absolutely F all.

This was a game we had to win, and is pretty much over half an hour in.

The table doesn't lie.

I hope the Indian Times makes nice reading tomorrow.
