Does anyone have any info on them? Could just be a "copy the name" thing or there might be a material connection to Rovers as there is between Arsenal in London and Arsenal in Argentina (the club founders were Argentinian fans of the English club).

Its quite common for teams, to copy the name of a foreign club. Blackburn Rovers here, have no relation to Blackburn Rovers UK.
