Last week we bought a house we plan to renovate and move in to. Not being a property magnate this leaves me in the unfortunate position of owning two houses and I now need to sell my existing property! I haven't moved house in 27-28 years and things seem to have changed a little since I last saved with the Woolwich.

I'd appreciate any recommendations - positive or negative - on local, Chorley area, estate agents. I'm not looking for the cheapest but the one who will provide a good, honest (?) service and help sell our property as quickly and efficiently as possible.
