Lol. On the bright side, Flynn set a yardage record for a franchise whose last two QBs have been Favre and Rodgers, and Matt Stafford threw for more. Good form going in to the post season.

I'm losing patience with Tebow. The late comeback miracles are great and all but I really expected more inprovement in the fundamentals by now. The majority of every game is poor series after poor series, 3-and-out after 3-and-out. He needs to start moving the ball on a consistent basis or the rest of it will be ultimately futile.

Bit in bold is incredible.

He had open receivers on a number of occasions and didn't get the ball near them. His attitude is great and it gave the defense the boost they needed when he first came in, but now it needs someone who can throw the ball.

I'd just started to feel better about the Lions game when I read this...now I just feel sick. Our secondary is gonna get torched all night long next Saturday. Brees to throw for 550?

When you look back at the numbers Matthew Stafford and Calvin Johnson have put up this season it really is incredible, especially for a franchise that was 0-16 three years ago. I can't think of anything to say about Stafford that hasn't already been said, his only bad patch this season came when he was playing with a broken finger and he still returned sensational figures with an O-line that offers less resistance than 1930s Poland.

Also, Eli Manning in the Pro Bowl ahead of Stafford? Are you kidding? Stafford has carried a team with no running game whatsoever to the play-offs. I saw an article saying the Giants couldn't move the chains on the ground, but I can't help thinking Jacobs and Bradshaw have probably made more yards than Smith and Best this season.

Johnson has to be mentioned because I'm confident that any QB in the NFL would love to have him as a target. Cris Carter didn't think he was one of the league's elite receivers at the start of the season; if he hasn't changed his mind now then he should just keep his opinion to himself.

Looking at the match-up with the Saints I'm gonna go out on a limb and predict that our first play-off run since 1999 will end at one game, and then we've got problems for the off-season. Leshoure is still going to be a complete unknown, Best is patchy and can't stay fit, Tulloch only signed a one-year deal so we're screwed at linebacker again, we need at least a right-guard and a left-tackle to give Stafford some protection and see what he can really do, and our defensive backs all need looking at apart from Delmas.

Big hope for next year is that Fairley stays fit so he can take some of the pressure of Suh who has been doube-teamed nearly every snap this season. Fairley had injuries, but when he made it to the field he looks like another absolute monster, and he will be disruptive next year. Never know, if we get a secondary and a running game we might even have another 10 win (minimum) season.

Nice end to a 15-1 season, sweeping the division and always good to go into the playoffs with some winning momentum.

With playoff football anything can happen, just like us last season when we had the 6th seed and ended up winning the whole thing. Another example would be the Seahawks beating the Saints (hardly anyone predicted that).

The Pack aren't perfect and there is some areas that need to be worked on, but I would rather be going into the playoffs with some work to do instead of a rest on your laurels mindset. Rodgers should be fresh, Jennings should be back, Bulaga, Pickett and Clifton should be fully fit.

i hope kuper recovers from that sickening injury.Fox says his leg is broke and ankle dilocated. It actually made me dry heave.

pinched off a bronco forum... a message from kupes dad.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

well folks...It was a tough day yesterday for the Kuper family although I'm sure the phone companies had a windfall Sunday. Needless to say Chris probably will sit out the first half of next weeks game vs the Steelers. When the camera finally picked up the picture of him on the ground, it was something I have been holding my breath on since he got into the league. I needed to see it only once. It only confirmed what I have known for a long time..... Chris got his mother's toughness. He broke the bones in his leg and dislocated his ankle and then proceeded to let them set it while on the field. Chris will have surgery in a week or so and then comes the process of rehabbing so he will be ready for the next season. I appreciate the e-mails and texts from everyone and I will update you all as we know whats going on. If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail me and I will answer what I can.... Think good thoughts in the meantime... thanks, David

We have Bill Polian and Roger Goodell to thank for that.

He'll be a star because he is exciting to watch and makes some incredible plays, but he won't be a star in the way that Manning or Brady are for consistently leading a team to wins though excellent play and game management.

Michael Vick is a star and Cam Newton will end up being a slightly more complete version of what he is.

Incorrect. Better luck next time.

Is anybody doing the NFL.com Playoff challenge? Should we set up a little BRFCS league and make the last few weeks interesting?

EDIT: I've done it anyway. Go to NFL.com/fantasy, follow "Play Off Challenge" to set up your team, then join the league "BRFCS". Password is, of course, "tebow".

Only a couple in so far - anyone else fancy joining? It's real easy - no salary caps or finances to mess with, you just choose your players for the week then choosea new lot for the next week.

BTW, who is legatron, assuming thats you Jeru?
