Bad result and looking at our remaining fixtures I don't see where the next win is going to come from:

Everton v Blackburn, 15:00

Blackburn v Man City, 20:00

Blackburn v Bolton, 15:00

West Ham v Blackburn, 15:00

Blackburn v Man Utd, 12:45

Wolverhampton v Blackburn, 16:00

Wolves? I wouldn't want us to go there final game of the season with the winner staying up, loser going down.

Hoilett the main positive in recent games and our best player could be out for some time if it's a hamstring injury. 2 weeks for a strain? Possibly longer if it's a tear or worse?

Same old story. More points lost.

I thought we would get two more wins this season to keep us up.

One was against wolves on the last day and the other was unfortunately today.

Dont see us even getting a draw in any other game.

Going down for me.

You say that Plastic head but we are three points off the drop, now unbeaten in 3 games. West Ham, Wolves getting battered and Wigan getting beat, where are their wins coming from?

One thing I can assure you Imy is that the Hammers will beat us at home. We NEVER win there.

I just don't get the confidence from some people. Not trying to be harsh Imy but honestly, have you looked at our run in? Other than a few draws I realistically can't see us winning one. Bolton is the "winnable" game on paper but we're not even winning at home anymore and those lot would love to rub it in.

Had a quick bash on the BBC predictor, have us staying up in 17th with 38 points, didn't have us down to win a game... just hope Blackpool, Wolves and Wigan are as bad as I predicted them to be, because as I said, the team are not going to get out of this by themselves. Don't have it in them and don't have a strong manager to help them.

where do i get some of this confidence thing you talk of

EVERTON AWAY L

CITY HOME L

BOLTON HOME D/L they'd love to send us down

WHAM AWAY L away and bogey and relegation rival banker defeat

UNITED HOME L

WOLVES AWAY Could be too late by then or the biggest game in 16 years.

Everton - draw

city - draw

bolton - win

Wham - draw

united - may have won the title by then - but lose

wolves - win (they were terrible today)

could'nt do his hamstring before one of the sodding international/fa cup fortnights breaks from football anyone gives a monkeys about, had to be when its a game a week at the crunch end of the season.ffs.

Ollsen in midfield for his pace is vital now.

Just stop already.

Wigan, Wolves and West Ham have each won 2 of their last six.

We haven't won in our last nine.

just think what the result would have been today and where we would be overall if we had got sturridge in on loan instead of RSC

Or if we'd bought a proper player to get us out of this mess, rather than some random South American to indulge Venky's wishes.

That will be one dramatic change of form to pull that off, that does'nt seem remotely likely right now.

Mr Kean now stands at 14pts from 16 league games

3 wins / 5 draws / 8 defeats 19 goals for/ 28 goals against

4pts from 9 away games, only 2 wins in 7 home matches

SAM had 16 games and got 21pts and now kean has had 16 and come up way short, venkys please please please buy a clue

Put anyone else in charge and tell them to try and do worse and they'd have their work cut out.

Depressed, considering our apparent/alleged situation:

1. Owners who have managed to get 3/4 of transfers WRONG, if the objective was to help us stay up this season.

2. Novice manager who seems on track to do worse than Ince.

3. Senior players running the show.

4. Our best striker and left defender (who could free up Olsen) AWOL.

5. No chairman.

6. Difficult run in, based on performances since January.

I hate that our survival depends on three teams performing worse than our current underachieving squad. It's depressing.

Is that the same as never getting a point at Arsenal? We can go and get a victory at West Ham, as we can against any team in the league. We have 35 points already and I have complete faith in us getting a result against Everton.

not good enoughj today. we dont have anyone that can change a game other than hoillet. i never usually get at the ref like most fans do but he was awful today. we should have had a freekick leading to their goal. keans tactics arnt great and we dont play good football under him so im not sure what venkys want.

robbo - didnt have anything to do really

salgado - targeted with long balls with jerome

samba - rock

nelsen - ok till he went off

olsson - needs to be further forward where he is dangerous

pedersen - usual self. too lackadaisical

p.jones - played well

dunn - not good enough anymore

j.jones - does ok but no football brain

cruz - send him back

hoillet - only bright spark going forward

roberts - not involved much

emerton - not on long

benjani - better than any of the other strikers by at least barging them about

i dont think hoillet will be too bad. i think it was more a dead leg

Not enough I don't think, we won't play a worse team I don't think.

Ref was simply appalling but we cant blame them every week we have to do more than simply rely on Hoilett.

We're going down for me :(

more crap served up again today. To many has beens in the side. Kean clueless. Sick and tired of the crap he picks. had enough. A dead cert for relegation.

Any team that cant beat Blackpool and Brum at home have no chance of staying up.

Kean is the worst manager rovers have had since Jim Iley. Anyone remeber him?

Get lost Kean.

Rant over. Not going anymore. Forty years and I am done.

Godd bye and God bless you all

Terrible refereeing again. But Rovers were awful overall, apart from some decent defending and the brilliant JH.

Steve Kean has had enough chances. 4 points dropped in last two games. The Brum result cancels out the excellent result against Arsenal.

30 points in January, we've since picked up 5 points.

Unless the bottom three carry on getting beat, we are screwed. And we have got to play Wolves and West Ham yet.

I'm now convinced that some of the optimistic posters on here are on Venkys payroll, allegedly. Or they are severely lacking in intelligence.

Strange atmosphere towards the end, like a lot of fans have accepted our fate. I would have brought Diouf on for Junior. A draw was simply not good enough. The ref was as bad as I've seen in a while, but no excuse.

Its so hard to see how little movement it is upfront with Santa, he didnt run in space one time in the whole match. Just embarrassing to watch. How can Kean not even keep Kalinic on the bench? Benjani and Roberts, too alike, why dont put in someone with some quick feet upfront who actually runs in space. Mame or mabe Rochina would be a better option.

Very strange reactions today, because admittedly a draw at home to Brum aint great. However, considering the teams below us lost except West Brom, its still too close to call.

It was a nothing performance by the team, but it 1 point gained over those who lost today. I'm still of the opinion, that the teams below us, will conspire to their own downfall.

Kean is clueless though, and if he has a problem with Kalinic, its best if he leaves the personal stuff at home. Kalinic doesn't deserve the treatment, and he will walk away from the club, and he will look back and say he had a nightmare time at ROVERS.

Hoilett and Olsson were the main positives today, whilst I thought Dunn gave his all (albeit without looking like creating a whole lot).

Pedersen was awful, limped out of every challenge. Roque was worst though - an absolute disgrace. No legs, and happy picking up his money for feck all.

Niko had to play. Kean needs to get a grip!

I can only imagine the frustration for fans like you who drive from a long way away and dont feel like you're watching your club anymore.

Aye, 50 quid gone for me on buses/trains to/from Cardiff to see that rubbish. Again
