TugaysMarlboro Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 I think that's possibly the strongest team available. Goals have dried up and the 3 strikers we have played aren't scoring. It's clear he has an issue with Kalinic which is a shame as I believe he can pop up every now and again with a goal or two. But RSC has the ability (when he pulls his finger out) to create an opportunity out of very little. Rochina deserves his start and what is refreshing is he seems passionate about his football and is chomping at the bit to start.

Blue n White Rover Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 i fancy us to get something here, right decision in having jones and samba at the back with givet left back. allows Olsson to go left mid in a midfield which would have lacked any pace had he not been there. Rochina will allow Cruz to stick right up top which will enable him to fully concentrate to scoring rather then linking up the play. if there is a time to beat everton its now, they dont have Arteta, Cahill or Saha thier most 3 effective players. Yet they still lie on top of the form table, having won 4 and drawn 2 in the last 6 games. I'd have been happy with a point, but with other crucial games being played today, I feel it will not be enough. 3 points is a must, but I can't see it. Come on Rovers!!!

Mr. E Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 why are we even bothering going out there without Junior?
DavidMailsTightPerm Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 talksport having a go, Playing Rochina is pure desperation. Talksport dont do their research. He has been a star both in training and in reserves - why not promote him ? I am sure if hoilet had been fit rochina would have been on the bench. A good move imo
MarkBRFC71 Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 BBC Radio Meseryside http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p00g154k BBC online radio never carries Prem games in th UK ....
BRFC1995 Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 wish barry horne was'nt co-commentating he's just a tad biased.
Dan Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 wish barry horne was'nt co-commentating he's just a tad biased. Barry Horne is always against us whenever I've heard him. Lovely skills by Rochina!
Amo Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 wish barry horne was'nt co-commentating he's just a tad biased. Blackburn players out of position? Givet not used to playing left-back? What the ****'s he on about?
Andy Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 Good start by Rochina, looks like he has a bit of class about him. Keep it tight and we'll get chances...
Backroom Tom Posted April 16, 2011 Backroom Posted April 16, 2011 Rochina has some great skill on him, looks like he's all left footed though.
TugaysMarlboro Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 What's this? someone who runs at players! By god.
RibbleValleyRover Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 Really nice footwork and close control by Rochina. Impressed with him so far, always making runs and looking to try and create something.
Majiball Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 Glad heitinga has gone off, hopefully we can get more into the game while they adjust.
Iceman Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 Rochina and Hoilett in the same team will be amazing. Move Givet to left back, and keep Olsson at left wing
Andy Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 Dunny looks well off the pace and I think he was booked then for a poor, late challenge. There's defintely at least a point for us today, we just need to stop the sloppy passes that are breaking down our attacks.
Daremz Posted April 16, 2011 Posted April 16, 2011 Other scores are of no matter if we don't get a result today. So just keep focussed on our match, fingers crossed...
