Well if it works Kean will be labelled by some as a genius, if it doesn't he will get rightly slated...

I'm not confident we will score tonight if they are playing, especially Roberts. Looks like Roberts must be scoring for fun in the 'five a side' in the open nets.

The key area for me is the centre of the midfield. With 2 up front, I can see us having 3 in the middle with Hoilett behind the 2 strikers. If Roberts and Benjani create space then hopefully Hoilett is there to exploit it.

I think we'll cause them a few problems if we have enough of the ball, but their midfield will crap on ours. No point scoring if we're conceding more.

Either that or Kean is hatstand. Can't see Roberts or Benjani scoring.

Going back to the up front selection It really does make me laugh. Plenty of fans have been saying that Niko would be more effective playing up front with a partner, one to do the majority of the donkey work allowing Niko to get into the box and score goals. Kean finally starts with two up front (if the reports are true) and he plays Roberts and Benjani

My prediction for tonight is a ridiculously comfortable 3-1 win for City.

It's a sorry state of affairs when a mate asked if I fancied going round to watch there and I was tempted, I can't have any confidence ahead of any game after the last 2 home games.

Drop Emerton and replace with Junior and I'd agree with the rest.

Junior is a hamstring doubt so I was assuming he is unavailable to make the selection more difficult for myself.

B ) Allardyce picked Roberts for a year. Kean doing it isn't a shock- Roberts should have been binned years ago, he's crap.

C ) Kalinic isn't that great- More likely to score than Jason 'can't hit a barn door' Roberts.

D ) More concerning/interesting is whether Hoilett/Rochina are involved- Hoilett i would agree not so sure on Rochina. Would rather play a 100% fit Hoilett against Bolton than risking him against City.

Benjani is twice the player Roberts is, I don't see why everybody hates him so much. When he's not injured and in form he can be class.

To be fair on Benjani, the home games against Chelsea and Liverpool he was very good in.
