Dingles ahve a seperate sponsor on their kids shirts... a charity I think.

NSPCC....is it so they can ring up and tell them about what 6 finger daddy and mummy have been doing??

If our sponsor was Cobra would it leave our shirt sponsor-less on FIFA 12 due to it promoting beer on a game targeting 3+?

Will be annoying if so cause our shirt wont be authentic on that.

Cobra would be a good sponsor for the club though.

Think you need to re-read my post asshole, you'll notice you're quoting ''Cobra would be a good sponsor for the club'' I have no objection to us getting Cobra as a sponsor. Simple question, I predicted a moronic answer (based on reading through posts on this board) and got one. Though it was hardly an answer. Grow up.

I saw that kit posted on Facebook the other day and beneath it saw somebody claim that they had knocked it up.

Also I seem to remember Liverpool having no problem with Carlsberg on their kit in Fifa a few seasons back.

I'm hoping its not Cobra. While It looks good, it will prevent me from buying a shirt, due to my religion.

I'm aware that some religions look down on drinking or even selling alcohol but I'm unaware of any religious texts that prohibits the logo of a beer producers being worn on a football shirt by one of it's followers.

agree he wins hands down, he's tries to be mature but struggles, some of his posts on here are from another planet i think!!

Fantastic news if Rovers can get an Indian bank as sponsors, especially with the state of our shower of banks.

Definitely positive news if true.

The white line on the blue side has to be on the shoulder, running down the seem, splitting the blue of the sleeve from the body then it would be more suitable.

I Like this look

Very off topic I know, but many new users to the site won't know of all the hard work Four Lane Blue and Clare did in putting together the awesome history section (including that picture of the 1882 team). We're in the process of converting it to the new site, but you can read it all on the old one at http://www.brfcs.co.uk/wiki/index.php/Rovers_Through_the_Decades

 oh come on ricky, MY POST WAS ONTRACK! multimillion dollar sponsor or authentic rovers kit in fifa 12!

:tu:

Okay i was going to leave it there. But you are being a moron. My post clearly stated that Cobra would be a step in the right direction for the club in terms of finance. I merely asked the question because I was curious and thought someone might be able to answer. I remember our Youth team not wearing Bet24. It's quite an interesting topic Sponsorship. Money is clearly key regardless of the product that ends up being promoted. Beer is probably frowned upon by nearly as many people in Blackburn as it is loved. Already one person on here has said they wouldn't be able to buy the shirt because of it. Which is understandable and yes, If Cobra were to sponsor us I would be interested to see if it featured in FIFA 12, as I would expect it not too. Like you said it's not important. I was just curious and have wasted more time than I expected on the topic thanks to you. So please no one answer whether alcohol sponsorship's feature in the FIFA series and move on haha.

Why the hell was my most recent post deleted?

It'd be a bit more tactful if you edited it and explained why, rather than just delete my explanation of a previous post.

I hope the away shirt is not that insipid yellow.

Back to red and black halves please.
