The writer of what was one of the top ten favorite albums of my youth died yesterday aged only a few years older than me

I have hardly ever listened to X-Ray Spex since the late 70's but on playing Germ Free Adolescents tonight I find that I still know nearly all the lyrics

My mind is like a plastic bag.....
