Well, the BBC are reporting that, whilst Rovers have not yet made a bid, (a German magazine had said we had), that Freiburg won't say that there has not been interest, which does suggest that they have been talking. The BBC article does also say however, that Cisse would be interested in a move to a team playing Champions League football and we are a bit away from that at the moment
