dazmaz Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 Same as all tickets.. 3 weeks before the game. no later than Mid week I would think
Kenwoo Posted May 6, 2011 Author Posted May 6, 2011 I presumed they'd be on sale by tuesday or wednesday and can't get through to the ticket office.
A cup of beans Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 Same as all tickets.. 3 weeks before the game. no later than Mid week I would think maybe wolves havent decided how many to give us ?
dazmaz Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 maybe wolves havent decided how many to give us ? We would still know the min allocation thus allowing us to sell those (10% of the stadium cap)The Rovers website will have the details on it shortly
Mattyblue Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 Different at Wolves, the smaller allocation is behind the goal, the larger allocation (which we would need if it was a relagation decider) is at the side. Possibly why they are delaying it.
old darwen blue Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 You`ll laugh at this, I asked the same question at the ticket office today and was told that the reason for the delay is that the woman who does the distribution has been on holiday and only came back into work on Thursday. Hopefully they would be on sale Thursday or Friday although we have recieved the tickets.
Manchester Blue Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 Wolves website already states that we will be getting the Steve Bull lower and it's a cat A which means £38 so i'm assuming going off West Brom it's 2500 allocation. I'd expect it's usual slack ticket office being behind the delay.
OhmiBRFC Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 Same as all tickets.. 3 weeks before the game. no later than Mid week I would think Should be out already then!
AggyBlue Posted May 8, 2011 Posted May 8, 2011 What's the chance of the club putting on free transport for this?, a way of saying thanks to the traveling fans.
cn174 Posted May 8, 2011 Posted May 8, 2011 What's the chance of the club putting on free transport for this?, a way of saying thanks to the traveling fans. I'm sure in the last minutes of the Fans Forum they mentioned that should the situation require, they might consider it.
Glenn Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 STILL no tickets available. Lady on the phone couldn't give any real reason, but sounded as grumpy about it as I am.
Manchester Blue Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 STILL no tickets available. Lady on the phone couldn't give any real reason, but sounded as grumpy about it as I am. Surely only Rovers could be this bad with ticket arrangements? I tell fans of other clubs who go away games about it and they find it bizarre. Ok fair enough most seasons it matters not a jot as you can guarantee a ticket every week, but this season it's been tougher and they;ve done us no favours. Why they can't announce well in advance i'll never know but fair enough you accept 3 weeks, but less than 2 is crackers.
BRFC95 Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 STILL no tickets available. Lady on the phone couldn't give any real reason, but sounded as grumpy about it as I am. The club are having a meeting this morning about the sale of tickets for this match. I expect a buying record will be required as per the Bumley game last season.

I expect a buying record will be required as per the Bumley game last season. Doesn't surprise me that stubs will be required, what surprised me is how late they are leaving it. If they do the same thing as Blackpool and do it off forms i'm probably done for cos i'm away all week, nearly missed Blackpool tickets for same reason. Hopefully they will do it off phone, which is what they should do given they claim to have an accurate record of everyone's purchases anyway. By leaving it so late they cause more problems and also prevent people buyig cheaper train tickets etc.

I expect a buying record will be required as per the Bumley game last season. If they are expecting demand to be that high, I think we can forget about free coaches. £38 a ticket too. Did we charge them that much?
Blue n White Rover Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 Just rang the Rovers Store asking for details on the Wolves tickets. They are hoping that the tickets will arrive this afternoon. They have no idea what our allocation is, nor do they know the exact date we'll put them on sale. Told to ring back tomorrow morning. 01254 296137. That's the number if you don't want to ring them on the 0845 number.
Ozz Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 £38 down to £25, funded by the club. 2700 allocation. On sale from Tuesday.
Gumbi Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 Are there any rescrictions on who or how many tickets you can buy?
AndyNeil Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 http://www.rovers.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10303~2356434,00.html
Ferrit Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 I appreciate that we're lucky to have such low priced tickets, but really, £38? Wolves the robbing so, and sos. Great gesture from the club to subsidise our tickets though, reckon I might bite at that price.
