Biddy Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 doesn't seem to be working for multiple tickets though. I can add one then it tells me I've got no more allocation :-(

Glenn Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 I now have the game listed, but there are no buttons on it to actually buy them Edit-Looking at it, I have last year's season ticket on there, but not this
Biddy Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 I've changed browser and managed to buy :-) Glenn, can't you use this years ST number as your customer reference when logging in. surely that will be the right ticket.
cn174 Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 I hate this online system. Got right to the end - added everything to my basket and when I click Pay NOTHING HAPPENS :@:@
Baz Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Just bought mine online. Block JL6 which looks to be central lower tier according to this: stadium plan
Glenn Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Sorted, my wife managed to login (oddly she must not share my surname and postcode) and lo' she has 2 STs for this years. JL6
Paul Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 I hate this online system. Got right to the end - added everything to my basket and when I click Pay NOTHING HAPPENS :@:@ Three times the bloody thing crashed at ticket selection. Now it shows some of my STs have no tickets available. Fortunately two of them still have tickets available so I book those, click Pay Now and nothing happens. The online ticketing is total rubbish, but then when you look at the whole online Rovers experience that's hardly surprising. P!ss poor, again.
Paul Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Well 10 minutes ago I was showing as eligible for 12 tickets!!!! After numerous attempts to buy online I'm now showing as zero available!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I may have a lot of spares and could be about £300 poorer. .......................and people curse TicketMaster. E-mail to the club next.

cn174 Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Well I sent them a narky email at half one this morning after I'd got bored. Just got to work and it is showing as no tickets available. How annoying.

Paul Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 It doesn't help you Paul, but the fact it even shows you this information is a big sign that it's been set up by rank amateurs ....even I had managed to work that bit out :D I've sent a politely worded e-mail to the relevant people and now face a morning on the phone, no doubt I'll be told I don't have any tickets available as I purchased online!!!
nellybc Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 I just got through on the phone!! Phew!! I too was entitled to 0 tickets on the ticket website, slightly frustrating to say the least and an email was sent at the time!
jim mk2 Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Tickets number and main club number all ringing unobtainable
Backroom Tom Posted May 10, 2011 Backroom Posted May 10, 2011 Poor show by the club on the system but good on subsidising the tickets. Also once again our fans prove to be a credit to the club, I sadly wont be going as I can't risk being so far away from home in the same week the wife is due.
OhmiBRFC Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 I went this morning and purchased my lot. Looking forward to it now. Was a good day out last season.
Blue n White Rover Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Got my 2 tickets this morning. Those of you who cannot buy online, this is the Club Shop number if you want to order over the phone. 01254 296 137

It's a crap system and always has been. Hope you get sorted.
