Am I not right in saying after we won the EPL King Kenny asked Uncle Jack for the same budget again to conquer Europe but was told it was not available? The year we own the EPL we were easy the best time in England but you need different players in the UCL. Example Veron who was no where as good in the EPL as the was in the UCL.

I dont think he is a liar no, I just think they dont have a clue what is happening elsewhere - hence one of the reason JW went. The team @ ewood do one thing, the owners another.
