Around 18000 Rovers fans on today- remember there are always a few more for the opening day. Looks like there will be 17/18k home gate most weeks.

After all that's been done to increase gates at Ewood, I'm really dissapointed.

The attendance was about what I expected, we only had 22k v Wolves last season and wasn't it a cheap one? Although it was December.

Last seasons opener had nearly 26k on but did Everton bring a few more than Wolves? I'm not sure.

Swathes of open spaces in the Jack Walker and Blackburn End had more gaps than last season.

After the last few years whereby the club can't do much more to increase the gates, i find todays crowd massively dissapointing!!! you can't blame about 3000 fans for not renewing, it's been the most frustrating period i can think of in recent times!! Why do Venky's stick with Kean!! It's obvious players who we are linked with don't wanna know!! The amount of stuff he has spouted is untrue, and all those fans on Ewood today (18000) deserve a medal for showing amazind patience after whats gone on this last 9 months!

Fans have a right to 'Whinge' It's what this forom is for!!!

Let's hope Venky's don't wait to long to get rid of Kean, or it could be to late!!!

Its a sad state of affairs Matty,cheapest in the Prem too. I wonder how our ST losses compare to other clubs in the top flight? is there a correlation here or are we a one off here?

Venky's hve not only taken the Blackburn out of Rovers, they have stolen the heart of the club as well.

First match of Season and only early August. Lots of people on holiday (maybe up to 15%); no defenders etc

Wait til september after the International matches,then judge.
