Not this. The worse thing about Venkys in my view is that should they decide to sell up I can definitely see us being sold to any old crackpot with the cash!

yeah thats my worry, it took the Walkers years to sell us so if Venkys sell us quickly then we could be screwed. Hope that's not the case but the guy who said this said that we where under investigation before the Givet thing hit the news and he turned out right, hope he's wrong this time although coming from his source i'm not sure

How sure are you on that? Sometimes there is truth in persistant rumours. Though if it is meant to be a 'secret plan', it is not very secret!!!!!!!

The figures Venkatesh talks about at the beginning of the first link indicate that 'Venkys India' recorded after tax profits of 9.9 million British pounds. Not a lot in English Premiership terms, but which one is this again? I know they have several interests, but can't remember if this is the biggest one.

Abbey this is about location, location surely, as its much closer to the training camp, plus it comes with 30 acres of land. A very positive move for all concerned.
