Theoretical question:

Would people be happy with our centre backs for next season being:

Miranda, Johnson, Nelsen, Givet, Hanley

With more money to strengthen other areas?

The four I know I'm happy with. Know nothing about Miranda.

They do? Haven't heard anything about that before. Do you know why?

I heard that Niko had said that Nicola was work shy and lazy and that he isn't surprised that he has struggled in the Premiership.

Can't vouch for it, just something I've heard

;)

Do you mean Kean said Kalinic is work shy?

I would certainly give Marko Arnautovic a chance as he has the potential to be class in the correct environment.

I hear Hoilett will be playing as a striker next season, so surely we will be looking for a target man.

This leaves us requiring a:

Left Back

Two Centre Backs

A Right Winger

A Centre Mid

Striker

It's not Rovers fault that Kalinic is not PL quality though. Krancjar is. :)

Indeed and it's not as though our previous manager thought he was great and played him every week either, so Kalinic's lack of confidence/ability/whatever can't all be Kean's fault either

You made it up? Great.

You shouldn't believe everything you hear on this board.

It's mostly made up. Just thought I would join in, see if I enjoyed it.

I did enjoy it as well. People seemed to pick up on it. Maybe that's why other people do it? To feel important.

He meant Krancjar said that his compatriate Kalinic was work shy/lazy.

If that's the case, I agree with Krancjar. I have never seen a player fall over so often as Kalinic does. Always a foot short of reaching the ball, and goes to the ground after every single kick.
