Seen some discussion on Twitter that when Liverpool land Charlie Adam they'll have too many midfielders and Raul Meireles might be the one to leave. We should whack a bid in, he's quality and they're mad to make that change.

His agent said he would only leave Ajax for Barcelona. ;)

Blackburn and Barcelona are fairly interchangeable these days.

Meireles has been one of there best players if any go it will be Joe Cole, Poulsen and Lucas.

From my information, he wont sell Lucas.

Aquilani has been functionally gone for a long time.

Liverpool fans seem to be discussing the possibility - Henderson, Gerrard, Adam, Lucas and Shelvey for three central berths - two if Suarez and Carroll play together, which they surely will - leaves no room for Meireles. I doubt we'd be the biggest club in for him if word got out that he was available, but I'd love to see him in a Rovers shirt.
