T.J.Newton Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 Just why, do I, not take, that, too seriously. JAL!!, your not allowed too have an opposing view on this forum, the kids will have nightmares.
chaddyrovers Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 I happy that Rovers, the owners and Steve Kean are going for MV. He is proven goalscorer and signing him might just help us keep Samba at the club. if we pay 10 million for the player then this has left us 16 million pounds left to spend plus any money from sales aswell. then we need a replaceemnt for Jones, Left back, midfielder, right back and another striker. With 16 million pound sto spend should be enough to buy 5 more players with.
bennyboyt11 Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 A good striker, quite a decent scoring record for Roma. Be interesting to see how he does, we need people to supply him firstly considering his assists aren't too impressive. That would be the problem for any of our strikers, though.
frosty Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 As another follower of Roma, it seems pretty likely Vucinic will leave. He was in some pretty poor form in the second half of last season, he ended up getting booed (not deserved) and there were rumours of his wife being abused too. The new owners have said they'll try and persuade him to stay but he might be off - would love him to come here, quality player!
BuckyRover Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 JAL!!, your noy allowed too have an opposing view on this forum, the kids will have nightmares. I think you and JAL will get on well together
Amo Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 JAL!!, your noy allowed too have an opposing view on this forum, the kids will have nightmares. Nothing to do with it. He constantly complains the club has no ambition. We're linked to a high-profile player and he still bitches. Like I said, he's trying to be an attention-whore like Vinjay but at least he had some kind of entertainment value.
Blackburn Ravers Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 I don't think we will sign Vucinic. But I'm glad we are showing ambition. stranger things have happened, Happy that the calibre of player we are linked to seems to be a lot higher than normal
hawkiiz Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 Gyan for sale at Sunderland, could be worth a go. yes please!
chaddyrovers Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 But I'm glad we are showing ambition. I'm pleased that the manager, club and owners are showing Ambition. Last 2 season we have lack a goalscorer for sure and with a goalscorer we can push into the top 8! If we had a goalscorer this season we could have finish in the top 8! BuckyRover Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 JAL = jobless, annoying, loser Jeopardising all life
herbergeehh Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 Can we keep this on topic? If you want to continue name-calling, how about meeting up in some playground. Or better yet, don't, and use the ignore function.
he6rt6gr6m Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 Juventus are not bidding for Vucinic. Lies. Think Andy Cryer was right not to run with this story this morning. I'd love him here, but I can't see it happening.
Backroom Tom Posted June 14, 2011 Backroom Posted June 14, 2011 Gyan for sale at Sunderland, could be worth a go. Doubt we could afford but would be a great signing
Hi Mack Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 I can't see this transfer happening........looks a decent player but for us to spend that sort of cash he pretty much has to be proven in the prem we can't take risks ala spurs ,city etc! Things are improving though....least the Venkys haven't been on Sky Sports telling the world about our targets........yet!
UtopianParadigm Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 Can we keep this on topic? If you want to continue name-calling, how about meeting up in some playground. Or better yet, don't, and use the ignore function. Well said. Though I wish I'd been as reasonable.
G Somerset Rover Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 Vucinic has is reasonably strong, has great control, can finish but is slow. He creates chances for others as well as for himself. Reminds me of a young Batistuta. We've already got the new Batistuta thanks. He just hasn't played one minute for us yet......
47er Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 Hey, hey, heyheyhey. We are just matching the ambitions of the manager. Very positive attitude!
dubdubdub Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 As another follower of Roma, it seems pretty likely Vucinic will leave. The Andrews' bashers will put him off.
niggit Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 Gyan could be a cut down price, they paid 15m. No harm trying.
Hughesy Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 Surely they would like to sell him abroad club. Good point Juventus are not bidding for Vucinic. Lies. What makes you so sure? Sunderland to cash in on Gyan - to sign Gibson, NGog & Gardner WTF is that guy doing....average prem players who are going to cost a packet in fees and wages
UtopianParadigm Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 Gyan could be a cut down price, they paid 15m. No harm trying. Wasn't it £13million?
