Quite excited at the prospect of us signing Vucinic. We need a quality wide man now though to deliver decent crosses. Larrson would have been ideal from Brum but that looks unlikely now.

Let's have a look at your previous 'tips,' shall we?

- Man Utd will go bust and collapse (Just the three titles, one European Cup and numerous finals since then).

- Middlesborough will get into the Champion's League (relegated that season).

- Rovers will sign Xabi Alonso because no bigger club would be interested (that summer Real Madrid signed him).

- You've seen Ali Syed's bank account, and it'g got £1b in it (it's got £0 in it).

- Benitez signed a pre contract with Rovers, and will take over if we stay up (we did, he didn't).

I can't tell if you're a troll, or just seriously deluded.

Please tell me those "tips" were only jokes?

I've been back and read the last 20 pages (YAWN!) and nicko had one removed for taking a pop at another poster. Unnecessary.

Other posters seem to have had things removed for basically pointless posts where they have taken a bite and posted nothing useful to this already hard to read thread.

Cut out the name calling and nonsense comments and posts won't get deleted. Simples.

No issue if they are ADVISING on transfers and not pushing their own clients over Kean's own targets (if he has any of his own!)

Here are my tips for this summer:

- Kentaro/SEM will make a shed load of cash

- Venky's will find a Ronaldinho/Beckham/Maradona to get themselves linked to

- We will be lucky to have a stronger starting XI in August than we had in May.

Here are my tips for the summer - in the UK it will probably rain until September and people will moan how summers are never as good as they used to be. We will then have a glorious September prompting talk of - we never had weather like this in my day - and talk of global warming.

Nicko, what's the deal with Ba? Was he transferred permanently to West Ham in January or was it just a loan deal? Or as some papers are saying it's some kind of payment plan based on installments that the new club will have to take on? Can't really imagine it being a straight money transfer where he would have a clause to be able to leave on free five months after? If it was a loan deal, is Hoffenheim really letting him leave on free?

Unfortunately not.

Aside from the brilliant Xabi Alonso one (you can probably find the discussion generated by that if you search hard enough), my favourite ones used to be the obscene guesses for how much each PL team would spend in a transfer window. The real figures never amounted to even half.

Also neglects that Rovers have always used agents to ensure that they get deals done.

Whatever role they play in this, they want to make money long term, and the only way to do so, is to hook Rovers up with as good players as possible. Otherwise Rovers are not dumber than they will go to a different agency for advice.

STEVE Kean will fly home from India tomorrow with his summer wish list approved and ready to go – after spending the last five days plotting Blackburn Rovers’ Premier League top 10 assault.

The Rovers boss has combined a holiday with his wife, given as a gift by Venky’s, with discussing his top transfer targets with his bosses ahead of a busy few months in the transfer market.

Kean has been told he will have a bumper budget to bolster his squad, with the whole £16.5million received from the sale of Phil Jones to add to his cash pot, and has spent the last week finalising his list of targets.
