You may get your wish.

Don't kill us plea.

Unless forced to sell players, Everton should remain in the top half. They've a promising, young midfield in Fellaini, Rodwell and Barkley, but Fellaini will be well gone if Everton don't start winning. Troubling financial news for Evertonians though, the club is just such an unattractive buy with the 45 million in debt and the need for a new ground.

The bit about not wanting to be Blackburn is just Kenwright being a misguided Evertonian. For me, Blackburn is on the way up, and Everton, well, have some serious issues to address before pulling a Leeds and finding themselves in the third division.

Nothing to do with John Williams being best mates with Kenwright then.

That's some serious optimism, right there. Blackburn being described as 'on the way up' is usually followed by 'in flames'.

Hope you're right...!

Dirty, dirty Arsenal. Couldn't be happier for Arsene Wenger after his years of moaning.

Watching this game, two of the biggest clubs in the country, spending lots of money and paying high wages, and it's just not very good. Best league in the world? No, I don't think so - just overpaid and overvalued
