It's normally so cold people have coats on over their shirts. There could be something in the halves theory though.

City fans were a sea of blue though. Virtually the whole DE swathed in light blue.

Further pointless observation. Watching the poznan is mightily impressive, although not worth watching 4 times in quick succession.

What is the point of going as a fan of City, United, Chelsea to the games this weekend when there is zero chance of your team not winning.

Only 25-30% of your home games at least have any relevance.

You're a hard man to please PH!

4-3 victories/defeats only, is it? You'll be wanting the League Winners to be a 10-horse race next!!

Fulham off to a flyer with an early goal v QPR.

The bottom of that PL table could be looking dangerously spaced out this evening.

Unfortunately not enough, we apparently need to be adrift at the bottom of the table before Kean gets sacked. Bolton are doing their best to ensure that doesn't happen!

Nothing more satisfying in a game than seeing Suarez chasing the ref wanting a handball that wasn't given.

Something I just thought from today and watching Norwich on MOTD, do our fans wear less shirts than other fans or is it just because of the halves we don't stand out as much, City and Norwich look like nearly every fan is in a shirt. Pointless observation really.

That's because all our recent shirt designs were crap, I haven't bought one for years. Don't get me going on the quality. They're as embarassing as the team is now. Turn out a decent shirt and I'll buy one.

£50??? How do they justify that?? Is that what Fulham home fans pay?

Fulham wap up the prices big time when it's a 'big' game, although wasn't it £35 for our game? One of the few good things about Rovers being rubbish is usually we're a category C game so tickets are cheaper.

Fulham always put up some tickets on those 2-4-1 pages, but only for the 'neutral' section, which is rather cheeky.

Great idea for a thread there, Clare. Made me chuckle anyway. :D

Maybe Wenger has lost the plot at a high profile club, and should take a week off and resign. Then go to a lower profile Premier League club in need of a decent manager...........

But seriously, the wheels have come off at Arsenal and the chickens have really come home to roost.

It's all relative though isn't it Billy?

The wheels haven't really come off Arsenal at all, have they? They are a profitable, well run club with a massive fanbase who are in the CL for the 15th successive year, but who are not competing for the title at this present time.

This is what football used to be like, big name clubs didn't have a divine right to be at the top (no title at Man United for nearly 30 years before 1993), now the media believe they do.

No wonder Mr Nixon is no longer on the board , his 2 good managers Coyle and Kean are really setting the world alight !!!

The way Nixon bigged Coyle up on this board really was truly disturbing - the next Fergie I seem to recall...

Bolton have a few players missing through injuries/suspension but buying N'Gog was a big mistake, he's awful. Pratley not good enough for the prem either. Their ginger goalie looks incredibly dodgy as well, at fault for at least two of those goals IMO. The fullbacks are getting murdered too.

Bolton will have lost 10 of the last 11 I think Sky said after this match... shocking record. They were terrible at the back end of last season, even we beat them.

Hey don't say that about Ngog you'll upset Chaddy. He thought we should have snapped him up but even Kean wasn't that daft.

I have to say, after watching the whole game N'Gog surprised me a little. He didn't give up, worked hard and put in an honest shift. He isn't premiership quality but I think he'd be excellent in the Championship and could become an effective prem striker in the future if he can become more clinical in front of goal. Not the solution to any premier team's problems now, though.

Slightly faster and younger Jason Roberts.

They will start to get improve now. Sagna broke his leg yesterday and is out for 3 months. This absence is bound to make Arsenal's defence better.
