adopted scouser Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 Newcastle are not playing well at all against Bolton. Really need a Newcastle win. Thank you Ben Artha (sp?)
Josh Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 What a brilliant goal from Hatem Ben Arfa, if that isn't goal of the month I don't know what will be
roverandout Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 newcastle scored, comical defending, bolton should be winning this
jim mk2 Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 Newcastle have been awful so far yet are still winning....either it's their lucky season or Pardew has the magic touch. Bolton don't deserve to be losing this. Cisse 2-0.
Backroom DE. Posted April 9, 2012 Backroom Posted April 9, 2012 Sounds exactly the same as when we played Newcastle.
Baz Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 They have 3 top quality strikers, that's why they are winning games.
G Somerset Rover Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 Maybe now Villa have got another point people will finally leave them out of the relegation battle. Is, and always was, a 5 way battle. I don't think I've ever seen a poorer 5 teams and as someone else said, all 5 deserve to go down for a variety of reasons.
Stuart Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 What a brilliant goal from Hatem Ben Arfa, if that isn't goal of the month I don't know what will be Just watched it - disappointed. Awful defending, no attempt to challenge, just allowed him to run through. Goal of the month (so far) Cisse's chip in the last game.
roverandout Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 and ginger ###### falls flat on his arse too!!!
Backroom Tom Posted April 10, 2012 Backroom Posted April 10, 2012 Derry's red card sends after his appeal is turned down Unbelievable
den Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 Derry's red card sends after his appeal is turned down Unbelievable and the FA wont take further action against Ballotelli, because at least one of the four officials had seen the incident. The fact that he could have broken his opponents leg doesn't come into consideration then.
Backroom DE. Posted April 10, 2012 Backroom Posted April 10, 2012 The FA are a joke, and have been for some time. Had a couple of United fans txt me saying they can't believe the Derry appeal wasn't upheld.
thenodrog Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 Derry's red card sends after his appeal is turned down Unbelievable I'd go with that cos he did do a slight nudge BUT... just as long as the perrenial diver Young gets the same punishment. It'd do football good if both were banned.
BRFC1995 Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 Come on everton at the weekend. FFS gifted liverpool 3 points now there is no danger of them finishing bottom half...........we ruined so many football supporters season tonight, laughing at liverpool was building to a great punchline and the our defence ruined it.
Backroom DE. Posted April 10, 2012 Backroom Posted April 10, 2012 People just laugh at us instead. Loads of people want to see us go down... and I can't blame them.
Audax Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Well, last year's relegation race certainly went down to the very last day, I can understand people being upset, really, it didn't make sense that Latics stayed up, they dropped crucial matches late last year, I remember, that one to Sunderland I'm pretty sure it was... 4-1 too but they got out of it, 2 clubs will, I think most people are seeing the two that will survive are the ones surviving now, right? Bolton and QPR. We'll see. As for last year, I was upset at the club for being petulant I'd say. We will see how this shakes out. Last year's race went down to the last day and points don't lie but maybe Blackpool didn't deserve it. I think the other two did.
Audax Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Muamba is getting a pacemaker.... I wish him the best...he's very fortunate. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2127980/Fabrice-Muamba-pacemaker-fitted.html
Clitherover Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Can anyone else see QPR beating Swansea tonight?
Mattyblue Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2896/premier-league/2012/04/11/3028217/roberto-martinez-to-leave-wigan-in-the-summer Hmmm...
Hughesy Posted April 11, 2012 Author Posted April 11, 2012 PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE can the other clubs do us a favour tonight and beat our relegation rivals. Hopefully Swansea have a good night today, but an off day on Saturday
Backroom Tom Posted April 11, 2012 Backroom Posted April 11, 2012 Can anyone else see QPR beating Swansea tonight? Can't see anything but a QPR win
Backroom DE. Posted April 11, 2012 Backroom Posted April 11, 2012 http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2896/premier-league/2012/04/11/3028217/roberto-martinez-to-leave-wigan-in-the-summer Hmmm... Difficult one for Wigan. Martinez continually has them in relegation battles, but if they survive this year I think they'd struggle to find a better replacement. An owner looking to sell soon, limited funds, a weak team and a dwindling fanbase. Not the most attractive proposition.
G Somerset Rover Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Just seen on sky that QPR tubbed Swansea 4-0 in the same fixture last season. Gulp.
alexanders Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Wolves 1 down and a red card on Bassong. 100% certain they will be playing Championship next season and Wolves are 2 down. Not good for the other teams around because they wont have much to play for the last round against Wigan. Also City 1 up against West Brom.
