Hughesy Posted April 24, 2012 Author Posted April 24, 2012 The problem is though Hughesy dear boy, we sold everyone who can play the old Blackburn way!! That'll be why every team we have played has walked straight through our midfield all bloody season!!! We havent played that way for ages anyway pal - wouldnt blame Kean for that one. Since Savage left, our midfield has been sh!te. You have to always hold some hope...no matter how deep in the doo we are!

SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 We need to go there and try to play the old Blackburn way and fight for everything, and get in there faces. Stand down,It's virtually all over Hughsey pal..the club is flatlining.
Hughesy Posted April 24, 2012 Author Posted April 24, 2012 Stand down,It's virtually all over Hughsey pal..the club is flatlining. It looks that way I know....but NEVER give up hope. Its in my blood, so I cant just switch it off!
roverandout Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 if wigan and bolton win on saturday, which is definately possible and rovers lose on sunday, thats more than likely then rovers will HAVE to win their remaining two games, can anyone honestly see that happening?
Kendalrover Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 FA Cup Final & Champs league final - no way they will put 100% into challenges. We need to go there and try to play the old Blackburn way and fight for everything, and get in there faces. Think the Bolton (VERY LUCKY again) win has put it beyond us now though! Won't matter we will be dead and buried by then. Name one game this season where we have been in the faces of the opposition. Thats one of the problems we have just stood off all season and let the opposition do what they wanted to do. How many times has Pederson sold the opposition a dummy and let them just go past him like he wasn't there and he is not the only one. Funny though isn't it. Every other team is lucky and poor old Kean's team is unluckly. I imagine the 'unlucky' table is another table where we are in a Champions League position.
roverandout Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 well i guess according to hughesy, its the fat lady whose turned up to dinner and not the more glamorous lady luck
Mercer Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 Can't believe the pessimism. We will beat Wigan and Chelsea and stay-up. We are now 4-1 to stay-up and have piled some more money on. Many are guilty of writing us off too soon, just like Chelsea were written-off tonight. Football is a funny old game and to write us off with 3 games to go and just 3 points from safety is plain crazy.

Do two people have access to this account or is there a constant tug of war in your head?
roverandout Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 he has the devil of kean on one shoulder and the good (i mean a bit better) kean on the other, both telling him what to think

G Somerset Rover Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 Mercer was goes on in your head? Polar views from day to day.
perthblue02 Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 Well looks like the BBC are over reacting again when a group of people shout at somebody out of their depth, this time it's the Villa supporters My link Are Scottish managers a protected species or something?

Reading the comments it seems Villa fans have 'every right to have a go', 'rank bad manager', 'feel sorry for the supporters'. don't remember our cause garnering such support?
47er Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 We havent played that way for ages anyway pal - wouldnt blame Kean for that one. Since Savage left, our midfield has been sh!te. You have to always hold some hope...no matter how deep in the doo we are! Jesus Hughesy, you come out with some crap. We have signed shed-loads of mid-fielders under Kean. The only good one (Jones) wasn't renewed. None of Kean's signings can say "Boo!" to a goose.
Gav Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 Well looks like the BBC are over reacting again when a group of people shout at somebody out of their depth, this time it's the Villa supporters My link Are Scottish managers a protected species or something? Must say that I’m already getting sick of the Villa love-in by most media outlets. The fans shouting for the managers head seem to have support from the mainstream media from what I can gather, but maybe not the bbc, which is in stark contract to us who are being unreasonable. How the hell does that work
bennyboyt11 Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 Getting Blackburn back into the Premiership will make a good FM game.
roverandout Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 been watching both wigan and bolton games together, both sides have been on top so far
RibbleValleyRover Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 2-0 Wigan now oh dear Sounds like Bolton are in top in their game as well.
Emge Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 Sunderland 1-0 over Bolton. Good news for us! Anyway, youve got to feel sorry for Wolves...
