He'll be worth twice the amount you paid for him in less than 2 years. Huge potential.

Defensively he's solid as a rock but its his composure on the ball and his desire to run with the ball from the back which makes him special.

You watch opposition teams who literally dont know what to do when your centre back has run half the pitch, played a one two with a winger and is now bursting into their penalty area.

I just hope he gets the game time he deserves at Utd.

The Mancs have stolen Jones.

I had him as being our first £30m transfer sale.

He is already far better than Rio has ever been.

Blame the idiots within the club that let a clause go into his contract because if that wasnt include he would of gone for at least 30mil

Possible discussion points:

1. Your thoughts on the transfer

2. His potential

3. Your view on why he chose United

4. His role in United's team/squad

5. Describe the type of player Jones is.

6. Strengths and weaknesses

7. His current and future position (midfield or defence)

8. His best performances in a Blackburn shirt

9. Poor performances and if he struggles against a particular striker

10. And anything you would like to add.

1. Not best pleased. It's a reasonable amount of money though - whatever it is.

2. Potentially he could become one of the very best. He's not far from that now to be honest. One thing you need to bear in mind is his "bulk". Up until November he was a thin rake of a lad. Since then though he has been on an intensive high protein diet which consists of eating at least 2 roast chickens a day. Whether this was his idea or a clause in his new five year contract, that tied him to Rovers for another five months, is open to conjecture. You need to watch that and the steroids thing.

3. Cause they're ace and massive and everything.

4. Footballer.

5. Strong, good in the air, good feet, good with the ball, a leader.

6. His strength is definitely a strength. He is particularly ticklish though which could be his achilles heel, particularly in Europe.

7. Centre half.

8. Nothing spings to mind, he won a header in March.

9. He has never been made to look like a schoolboy by Messi - which must be a postive for you.

10. Nope, I've had enough now.
