I've seen way more of Vucinic than I have of Cissé, so I'm inclined to lean towards Mirko.

That said, Cissé's goal tally last season isn't something we should ignore. We have the opportunity to speak to him, then as I've said, suggest an average wage for the first 12 months, then see where we stand after his first season. Too many players are guaranteed a wage these days, then turn out to be lazy gits that just want to sit and do almost nothing for such a high wage.

If Cissé's aspirations are to play in the Premier League, and by the sounds of it WE are the only party interested here, he must make exceptions and PROVE his worth. Why should a player again place himself higher than the club? He's here to do a job, and will get paid accordingly once we know what he's actually capable of here.

Absolutely! Get him on one of those testicle things, then we can see what he has to offer.

No.

But the Sunday People will have more names than the local phone book who are currently being looked into and linked with Rovers.

Fun, fun, fun.

Plus - hopefully - the behind the scenes surprise that has miraculously passed by without mention.

Quite remarkable since we have so many new smug asses around.

Rovers fans, my arse. Can smell an interloper at five paces...

Don't worry we'll identify and exterminate :tu:

I have the funny feeling that the suprise player isn't a player at all.

yes, I interpretted it the same, that is wasn`t a player - must admit that doesn`t exite me too much unless we have a top not DoF with some serious pulling powre, and not just in the female department

Just a quick question the mysterious appointment- are we the fans going to be happy with it?

I don't think you will know the guy. The surprise element in the story [if it is used] is the guy's age and the senior position he is going to take up.
