No chance in hell. Until January, Quagliarella was on fire, and Matri was brought in in January as Quagliarella's replacement. Both played superbly for Juve, and both were almost instantly guaranteed to be Bianconeri next season after only a few weeks of being at the club. Like I said, the only reason Juve would be looking at Vucinic is because of his ability on the left wing - something Juve haven't had sorted since the days of Pavel Nedved.

Shame krasic isnt a left sided player as hes absolute class. I thought pepe was left sided? And theyve bought him as well. I would have thought vucinic would rather play up top than out wide. But id juve came in for me and i had the choice i know where id rather go. Rovers everytime 

kean is sounding more ambisious every time he talks to the press here's what he said to SSN on the samba articile when asked about PJ

"It was difficult with Phil because he got the opportunity to go to Manchester United and he wanted to play Champions League football now and we're not there yet. I'm sure we will be in the next three or four seasons."

hey you got to love his optimisim even if he is just a rookie. Good for you kean shout for the stars :D

well, i have been away with my wife for a few days and not having access to te internet, i was expecting and hoping to come back to some new arrivals on the playing staff. and all i can see is the usual dummy throwing, rovers potential targets fading away and offering who should be former players, the chance to contribute barely (Please don't use that word again) all on the playing side.

so...NOTHING NEW, I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER.

Indeed. Krasic is an excellent talent.

Pepe is quite flexible in where he can play, which is RB, RW, LW, ST. He's not brilliant, but he does give his all. Right footed, and not primarily a LW'er, so Juve will still be hunting for one. I'd bet on Vucinic being down on that list, but not high on it.

Tax has always been a problem for players coming from Serie A to the Premier League. I recall Grosso and Camoranesi declining Birmingham last summer simply because of the amount of tax they would have to pay when they got here. That could happen again with Vucinic. But I live in hope that he will be delighted to come here and head the Venky's Revolution!

We may offer him a higher wage to offset the tax factor. But obviously depends on what he asks for in the 1st place. I also would be delighted and i have to say that i am looking forward to this window a lot more than any before. Too young to remember any excitement regarding transfer windows during jacks days.

Darwen End is the home end, Why can't we hear the masses of bore in the Blackburn End every week?

if the Darwen is the home end. why don't we have supporters in it against the big clubs? and why is the majority of the noise coming from it, that of visiting supporters against the likes of villa and stoke?

strange home end

I think people are being abit hard on the Darwen end, young chav's cant afford to get the full 19 game season ticket they have cider and bubble to fork out for aswel. :P

I know of four from that end who are not renewing their season tickets because of finances. When I suggested they don't just get wasted every game their reply was no. Lovely people.

I did think that. But again, it's up to the person and how greedy they are. £10k in tax is a lot for a bloke on £50k a week. I wouldn't like to pay that much, but hell, I'm not sure I'd care if I was coming home with £40k a week! ;)

5m midfielder with loads of quality? Smells like Michael Bradley. He is like Jermaine Jones only smarter, better, scores goals, and has an easy 10 seasons left in him. His composure and passing are much better too IMO.

Not a bad shout indeed

What about Thomas Hitzlsperger on a free? think he could be a good addition if we can get shut of Andrews and Grella.

We should have raided West Ham when their contracts expired thanks to the relegation clause. Ba, Hitzlsperger, Parker, and even Spector and Upson! The mind boggles as to why we haven't been linked with ANY!

Also, stadium talk in here? ;) Move along, people!
