So to summarise: Kean may be in a place called Stanley House with a black man who looks like Carlton cole, but may be Cisse. He may also be with/talking on the phone to someone called Dave Benson Phillips who may be an agent, with whom Kean could 'get back at Ferguson' over Phil Jones being tapped up.

Meanwhile, InsideRover79 states we are talking to the agents of two strikers.

It's getting intruiging isn't it?

I must admit some of the things are ok. But the bs that comes on places liek this really ###### me off. I would love to sign Cisse been saying that for few months now. Just cannot believe that he is over here and speaking to us when no news has come through about a bid or anything. That would be considered tapping up would it not? And we have just accused man united of doing the exact same thing with Phil Jones.

My flatmate is a FC Koln fan and avid watcher of Bundesliga, when i mentioned us going after Cisse he seemed quite excited and said he'd been quality this season and would be an incredible buy. I took his word for it! In turn, im genuinely excited if this is the guy we're going to sign.

...hopefully he is the young striker Nicko was on about, together with a more established striker ie. Vucinic, could be magical!

I've heard lots of positive things about him, but when I saw him play against Hannover (who don't have the best defence) he was pretty rubbish. Everything he did was rubbish and I had about as much expectation of him scoring in the game as I do when Roberts is clean through on goal.... But again, everyone seems to think he's great. Guess it was just an off-day

Agreed with a lot of what you said. Agents and representatives talk all the time though.

Some people will always get annoyed by it, others however love it. Let's be serious, we have no control who is signed anyway, so we might as well enjoy the ride. The more information the better, whether it is just rumour or not, who cares.

This mindless abuse is getting tiresome.

A Rovers fan whom I have met and respect spoke with a member of his family.

What is your evidence in support of your viewpoint?

er..... excuse me? Pointing out that Jal was speculating now counts as abuse in your book? Get a grip man!

You've gone from a respected, reliable source of information and knowledge on these boards to a parody of your former self (No offence intended) A little too sensitive maybe?

To sign the players on the wish list just now would cost between 45 and 50 million. Check back.

How they finance that is up to them.

I couldn't give a @#/? where the money comes from - it won't be debt.

I am more interested in the players being chased, what they will cost, will you get them and if not why not rather than daft equations.

I will leave that to you.

Yes but us Rovers FANS do, maybe you should remember that you're posting on a Blackburn's fans forums, where people do give a crap about our finances, where any transfer money is coming from, how these deals will affect our long term financial integrity and whether we are adhering to new financial PL rules.

You are a freelance journalist, you get paid per story and would guess you get more money for bigger stories. So for you, a non-Rovers fan who's only income is writing about Rovers and occasionally our neighbours it benefits you financially for us to have a big war chest and lots of names to write stories about...I can almost see the £ signs in your eyes right now.

Well good for you, it seems you might be able to earn a bit more dosh this window than recently and fair play on that but please don't come on a Rovers fans message board and act like it doesn't matter where this money (if it even exists) is coming from, it's unimportant and that caring about the money we spend constitutes 'daft equations'. It is important to us fans who don't make a living off speculation like you do.

Thank god you don't run a Premier League club because the new rules which come into force this season can't just be dismissed as "daft equations".

Indonesian to English translation

Remains open the possibility for Papiss Demba Cisse left SC Freiburg in the transfer market this summer.

Blackburn Rovers compete with fellow Premier League team, Sunderland, to recruit Senegal international striker who scored 24 goals last season. Cisse's desire to find new challenges instead of a new secret, but until now no concrete offers received Freiburg.

"I am lover of the Premier League. My friend, Demba Ba, play well there. All the players love the Premier League. One day I would play there, but there is also a German club that wants me," Cisse said.

"Freiburg will decide whether to sell me, otherwise I will survive until next season and I will reiterate my ability to score goals."

Blackburn currently have the funds to fix the squad after taking off Phil Jones to Manchester United, while Sunderland need a new striker after the death of Darren Bent to Aston Villa. Tag of the requested Freiburg for Cisse for £ 13 million.
