I wish people would stop living in the past.

Mark Hughes is no longer our manager.

Sam Allardyce is no longer our manager.

Phil Jones has moved to Man United.

Let's look forward as opposed to back!

I totally agree rover and out! I like both managers but we have move on now.

if Samba wants to go then fine let's replace him with a quality centre and Arsenal or Spurs pay the money we want but I don't think they will pay 15 million pounds for him. I wish Samba would stop coming out with these comments about moving on and I want to play for Arsenal! If he wants to go then ask for a transfer. I'm getting fed up with him everytime coming out and saying I want to go.

Anyway let's try to look forwards and support the club. I think we will buy 6 players at least with 3 or 4 going. we need 2 strikers, winger, centre midfielder, right back and centre back.

Which contradicted the previous sentence of "I don't give a @#/? where's it coming from". How can you know it won't be debt but admit you don't care enough to check?

Besides the new rules are a little more complex than simply stopping people using debt to buy players.

I'd read the line again, I'll say it too I don't give a sh** where the money is coming from it is not debt- meaning it's their own money and it's legit so who cares?

Then you're not a Blackburn fan in my book. And I suggest you read the new financial fair play rules because (and I'll re-iterate) they are a little more complex than using money that isn't "legit". The Man City money isn't debt either but the new rules will severely restrict the type of behaviour we've seen from them in the past few windows.

I don't think anyone has the right to judge anyone else whether he is a Blackburn fan or not. They already said it's not debt, so why worry about it? Even if you say the new rules will severely restrict the type of behavior, it wouldn't be a disaster unless we start falling into debt and going into adminstration like Leeds and Portsmouth.

To judge someone else as not a Blackburn fan based on a reason like that is unfair and uncalled for. We are all Blackburn fans and some of us are just blue-collared dudes with no understanding of how money matters and rich people work. And it would just confuse us if we worry about complicated stuff like that so why bother? Does that make us any less of a fan? Or do we need a degree in economics and finance to be a fan now?

It's silly to judge someone else as not a fan just because he isn't worried over money. We support a club because we love the club and not because we want to evaluate, brood over, worry and fuss over the economics of a club. Leave that to the owners and the people in charge. Us worrying about it won't change anything unless you need us to come down for a demonstration.

First point it effects clubs playing in European competition-yes?

Secondly it gives you three years to sort your finances out to breaking even- yes?

Finally the rules say that they will potentially ban clubs from playing in Europe if they have excessive debt- what are Man Utd going to do??

I am a Rovers fan and spending 50 million on players when you are recouping a fair amount back is not going to restrict us in future- we are behind a lot of others in a lengthy queue.

Can please provide a link that says when these rules actually start?

Steve Kean has got an 11plate silver Merc........

Which he cannot drive...

I heard the Adebayor link last week but ol' big head won't consider Rovers.

There are others turning Rovers down because they don't rate Kean which are far more worrying.

Yay, we've started the 'my mate saw the gaffer with so and so' posts. These are always great. Hughesy's grandad outing Salgado was always the best lol.

What does cisse look like??

Yeah I agree, I'm still winning!

And for whoever was asking, yes we use both Stanley House & Northcote manner to discuss with players.

There really is some pish coming from some folk.

Money talks in transfers - not BS about whether players like managers - managers don't pay wages.

There is enough actually happening to be of interest.

One player has already signed. Interesting story.

One record deal looks knackered.

One record deal looks good.

Another healthy purchase is getting closer.

And the Russian isn't dead yet.

Plus there will be a new and rather intriguing appointment behind the scenes shortly.

Unless the guy doesn't want to work with Steve Kean...ffs.

Some of this will come out later. Some won't.

Frazzled, fed up and far from happy with some people who have been lying to me for a couple of days.

And if anybody thinks Edu would be a good signing they really need to find another sport.
