From what i gather, this "info" was first started on Ewood Parks Finest facebook. A group of mates who i vaguely know say they followed Cisse up to Brockhall. I think one of em has some involvement up there (apparently).

Should have known. There's more crap on there than there has ever been in my loo.

Because there is no evidence our owners have £30m in cash to put into the pot.

What is with your sig and the NET transfer spend??

Surely it isn't how much we spend that anyone should be caring about it's who we sign?

I'd be much happier to sign some class players rather than spend £50m just to keep people happy?

There are a lot of big money signings that turn out to be naff and a lot of bargains that turn out to be class.. having a NET spend is just stupid.

Spend £50m and get top 6 BRILLIANT, spend £50m for the sake of it pointless.

Spend £20m and achieve the same then what's your NET spend going to prove?

Okay, I throw a curve ball in, Are we shopping for the Future at Tranmere?

How about we hijack that deal for that young lad at Tranmere, Dale Jennings, Bayern Munich? Doesn't add up unless PL and Championship Scouts are just plain rubbish?

There really is some pish coming from some folk.

Money talks in transfers - not BS about whether players like managers - managers don't pay wages.

There is enough actually happening to be of interest.

One player has already signed. Interesting story.

One record deal looks knackered.

One record deal looks good.

Another healthy purchase is getting closer.

And the Russian isn't dead yet.

Plus there will be a new and rather intriguing appointment behind the scenes shortly.

Unless the guy doesn't want to work with Steve Kean...ffs.

Some of this will come out later. Some won't.

Frazzled, fed up and far from happy with some people who have been lying to me for a couple of days.

And if anybody thinks Edu would be a good signing they really need to find another sport.

cheers Nicko, chin up and keep feeding the hamster

Your signiture is proof that some people just want to find glory in our owner's perceived failings.

You wouldn't have that sig if we had already spent money, it won't (well it might now I've brought it up) be there if we do end up spending money and it is only there to be negative about our owners.

Say what you like in response I won't be on here to read it. But it's a damning view of your character. Damning.

Don't shoot the messenger fella. If you have facebook, check it out. It's in the comments of a post entitled "Cisse is in da house".

Can you trust someone who uses "da" instead of "the"? Well...

You're like the proverbial stuck record...too busy getting a hard on about 'net spend' to allow yourself to get even remotely excited about what promises to be the busiest transfer window for Rovers in several years.

Boring and also rather sad...

Rubbish sig too by the way.

You are right...however how have they managed 20 million plus in cars? Feed 30k people a day too? Their total value can be debated but they have hundreds of millions of pounds- minimum- they can afford 30 million- they spent nearly that when they bought the club.

Oh yeah on net spend why have you not included the 4 million in fees spent in January? As far as I am aware no player was sold to spend that... over to you.

Someone who uses "da" is the worrying point here?? I'd say it's reading stuff on Facebook personally...

Dale is a great player. Has a good future in the game.

I have posted this on the "Ewood Parks Finest" Facebook page...

"How do chaps! Trying to clear up what the situation is with this apparent signing so i can relay it to our fellow rovers fans at BRFCS. Can anyone help? Thanks."

You just have to laugh at some of the utter crud being spouted.

Does anyone really think the club would lose its chance to announce a massive signing to some twit on twitter or some clown on facebook ? The owners are doing everything they can to get it right off and on the park and I would fully expect the club to announce any signing in a bit of a blaze of publicity. That would serve to show their intentions of how they see the club in the future, it would capture the imagination of the supporters and would provide a massive plus to the current squad, not to mention set the bells ringing in the football world that Rovers are serious about progressing.

Everyone should get a grip on reality, when its done its done. The fervour and speculation will send some of you to an early grave ands the bickering that is breaking out is something that you should associate to the little club that is bumley.

Its like being a school teacher telling the kids off for being noisy.

Wait and see what happens.

We'll just have to wait for Venky's to publish the details of the contract offer on their Twitter, then we know it's for real..

In fairness, I've read that the news of Bin Laden being shot was leaked on Twitter well before the 24-hour News announced it. Not saying this Cisse thing is correct, just saying the way information is spread is changing quite rapidly.

Well, no. The story goes that there was someone live-tweeting as the air-raid was happening. He found out after it had finished that the US Army had been acting on intel' that Bin Laden was hiding there.
