Dale Jennings.

It's not him...

So it's the Aberdeen youngster, have to say not excited one bit by that signing if indeed it is him.where is the quality we were promised,we need first teamers not kids we have enough good youngsters in the academy.

Are you trying to re-define the word 'bore'?

I said that the cost of the players Rovers are after - six or so - would be in the 45 to 50 million range.

Your local reporter, a keen reader of these pages, reckons it might be 5 million less.

So what?

IF you sell Samba the spending will HAVE to increase...because you will need a centre half.

Have you not got some trains to spot?

I'll ignore the pathetic insults that you both open and close your post with, a man with advanced years like you doesn't suit that kind of childish banter.

Anyway, argumentum ad hominem aside, you and the LT man are making two quite different claims. You, sir, are claiming that will buy 5 or 6 players to the tune of £45m-£50m regardless of whether we sell Samba (you said if we do sell him it will be for 'loads' whatever that means). Cryer, on the other hand, is saying that our transfer budget could be up to £40m but only if you include Samba's fee should he leave. And in the interview he values Samba at 15m so actually your valuations are £20m-£25m off from each other. Quite a big difference.

If it is benjani I think the LET may deserve a bit of an apology from Nicko. He was pretty scathing when they did the piece saying benjani was signing an extension.

There's more chance of Glenn Miller landing in France tomorrow.

Then surely common sense would say wait until September before judging either Journalist,or is that the easy option?

im not just on about nicko!

if someone has already signed why hasnt it been on the website. lee is usually quick to put new signings on

Player contracts last up until the end of June every year, and the European windows doesn't open until July, one or the other I expect.

So why are you quieter than a mute mouse in a vacuum too?

Besides stating that you know of course.

Because Hughesy only ever finds out stuff when Nicko tells him.

A condition of Hughesy knowing is probably that he doesn't tell anyone.

The fact that he doesn't shut up being smug about it is a very unfortunate result of this.

What's the point you are trying to make?

Why did we sign Myles my mate supports Aberdeen and he said he struggled to get in their team :o

I know his dad is Jerome Anderson but still maybe not good enough?

He's poor at football so he can only be a plant to sniff out any player / agent unrest, report back on any quality at the academy and keep an eye on SK I'd wager.

No other reason for him being here is there?

No point being other than we have two journalists who have different opinions, it was just a statement of fact.

Nicko, chose to see it as some kind of insult and have a pop at me for pointing this out.
