Are you seriously suggesting a players value doubled because of a couple of good games in January?

That's what happened with Phil Jones as well, if I recall.

Nobody would have argued he was worth 16.5 million in January - but after an awesome performance that kept Blackburn Rovers out of the relegation zone, people here started valuing him at 25 million and began blaming the owners for inserting the 16.5 million clause which they thought it was too low.

Well, maybe some poeple thought he was worth 25 million back in January, but you've to admit, they can be counted with one hand. Plus he had an injury at that time, and no one knew if he was going to play for the rest of the season.

Only a greedy IDIOT with little or no interest in Blakburn Rovers football club would have sold Phil Jones.

Anger is aimed at the wrong people JAL, what kind of Rovers fan turns down. 80k a week contract for a place on the Man Utd bench? What kind of fan signs a Man Utd shirt before a deal had been sorted?

Funny thing JAL what was it a year ago you thought PJ was nothing special now he is an outstanding talent- a bit of a shift hey lol

I am assuming JAL that you think the trust were idiots too when they sold Bentley, RSC, Bellamy etc? At least this time we'll be using ALL the money plus extra funds- makes a pleasant change.

I know last time I got a lot of grief to doing teasers before. But Kamy just tipped me off to ready the server for another crash. :D

Then again, he didn't mention timescales, so it could be a week away.

Since the money is supposedly going into the club they can't have been greedy and which bit of Jones wanted to go to a champions League side who have just won the title is too difficult for you to comprehend. I'm sure the club are doing their best to find someone to do a decent job at centre back in the place of Jones. Despite what you appear to think it's not JAL who has all the brains and the rest of the world who are wrong and stupid.

But hey, I wonder how the idiot will go about convincing this outstanding talent to stay if he was in Venkys or Kean's shoes.

Could you at least tell us if it's good news, bad news, or if it will crash due to the debate whether it it's big news or not? ;)
