Small update.

SAMBA...there has been no swap offered according to sources close to the various Samba camps...Bendtner's name getting chucked about everywhere...never been offered to Bolton either [for what it's worth].

KEANE...Spurs have leaked a Bolton interest which is not strictly correct...possibly a good sign...they want to sell...depends who actually wants him on the Rovers committee...and whether the fee is now acceptable...don't hold your breath.

CISSE...still wanting a fortune...no takers.

NEW STRIKER...one has come up...interesting...odd background.

PIATTI...no call...from anywhere.

I wouldn't get your hopes up - can't see Kean and Diouf working together in any capacity. I'd fully expect him to be shipped out.

I must admit hearing Bendtner mentioned in a swap with Samba I hope this does not go through the guy thinks he is bigger than the club itself yes he is still young & will improve but would much rather we went for an experienced Prem. Lge Striker who knows where the back of the net is & I would have to say Samba is worth much more than 10M however Eboue would definitely be a better option for midfield would definitely improve it very good in the tackle & would be quite formidable to have him & NZonzi/Jones in there would stand better chance of making the top10. Nicko/Kamy now that Mrs D has knocked a few heads together are there any hints on who might be coming in & the 3 lists that were drawn up have they now been totally scrapped or are there players from them who could arrive Nicko will there be anything in tommorrows people?.
