philipl Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Kamy explaining he interviewed one source in Arabic is the highlight for me. Do Kamy's talents know no bounds?
AndyNeil Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 I can't seem to get the page to load up, is anybody else having this problem?
Wilsbowski Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 On the phone and going through the main page wasn't working for me. No problems clicking on the link above though
Guest Wen Y Hu Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 I can't seem to get the page to load up, is anybody else having this problem? The podcast page seems to be loading fine, but the front page is acting up. I attempted to add the Podcasts category to the menu and WordPress didn't like that. Perhaps just coincidence, I don't know. The front page and the podcasts are on separate servers, by the way, so accessing the podcast shouldn't be a problem. Let us know if you continue to be unable to access the podcast.
Majiball Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 What ever issues there are keep at it, it's well worth it.
imy9 Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Fantastic listen- thanks lads. A potential BILLIONAIRE owner? According to Kamy this group are comfortably billionaires
LeChuck Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Good stuff. I really hope the Championship midfielder is Lewis McGugan.
Majiball Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Good stuff. I really hope the Championship midfielder is Lewis McGugan. I reckon the defensive midfielder freebie is Duscher formerly of Espanyol.
Speedie Dived Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Fantastic listen- thanks lads. A potential BILLIONAIRE owner? According to Kamy this group are comfortably billionaires That's the one thing that jumped out at me. Thought the logical way that they went through Venkys statements was excellent, sort of dis-credited the recent one released to a certain extent, or gave it a different context. Keep these podcasts coming, superb stuff
roverwhelmed Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 A great listen, thanks so much for putting the effort in to make these.
chaddyrovers Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Great Podcast and very much enjoy listening ti it. Keep up the good work Kamy, Wen Y Hu and Philipl.
JAL Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Superb stuff ! That podcast 2, has certainly set the bar extremely high, to coin a footballing cliche. One of the good things about this podcast was that these Rovers fans had very much a world wide feel about them, which was great to listen to. Its certainly reshaped my mind to one or two things going on at Ewood Park. Well done and thank you to you all.
Kelbo Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Well done, excellent podcast, revealing and interesting, thanks to all concerned and extremely well presented by Wen.
Glenn Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 One of the good things about this podcast was that these Rovers fans had very much a world wide feel about them, which was great to listen to. From the out takes of #1 " ..... This podcast has a very international feel, it's being brought to you from three different counties , Blackburn, Japan and Leeds......" (Sorry Wen' couldn't resist .... and no, I'm not going to let you live that one down ).
Glenn Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Are you japanese Wen ? His accent gave it away didn't it ?
Brownie Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Philipl's accent is the best. Like the old BBC broadcasters !
Brownie Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 The podcast is as good as anything this site has produced before in it's long history . It's come a long way since I used to write the news before my boss arrived at work every morning, nicking stories off radio Lancs and the papers ! Looking forward tothe next one
daverich Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Philipl's accent is the best. Like the old BBC broadcasters ! Pathe news! Jolly good show old chap! Really good job guys, keep up the sterling work.
Glenn Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 It's come a long way since I used to write the news before my boss arrived at work every morning, nicking stories off radio Lancs and the papers ! Aye, these day we nick 'em off Groobs instead I do miss the tales of Leavers Pies and Lucas Neil's fish tank though.
artemorethanlabore Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Can we include some message board bickering in the next one to make it more realistic? Haha, truly! Although it might be hard to capture the way that somehow all of us imagine ourselves to be pragmatic and with a realist outlook, while those 'other people' are the ones with an agenda
Kelbo Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 I will say this about the podcast, for all the people who have given stick to Philip, he came over as an articulate, confident and knowledgable person who spoke with both authority and common sense!!
