no, no, no, no, no, no to bentley, overrated and that was when he was here and passed it.

I know it's a game of opinions but.....................

eto, absolutely no chance of getting him, i would run naked to ewood park on saturday if we got him.

Surely nobody has seriously suggested this? (Eto'o not Roverandout streaking)

the player wants to come from what i have been told likes " everything about the club/direction etc"

all i can "say" he is young and "played" in the top 2 leagues in europe NOT the prem !!!!!

In the last 12 hours there HAS been significant progress on the stiker front, No point asking me who it is cos I have been warned and its my final warning to keep one's mouth shut,

He is a really good player and will be a massive improvement on what we have, He will also be our big signing of the summer in terms of the impact he will have on the team.

As I have said elsewhere if people are not pleased with this one, then nothing will please them.

The player has indicated he is keen to join Rovers, so that is half the battle won, Not known Rovers to do too much over the weekend in the past so i expect Talks to take place early next week,

Quite interesting that Goodwillie got number 25, and with Niko's imminent departure that will leave a very special shirt available for that player.

Striker, Allot less than 15m (Osvaldo and co out), played in two of the top leagues bar the EPL (Rondon and Podolski out), keen to come to Rovers (has to be someone out of favour), young (so 26 or younger.. more likely 24 or younger so Raul and co out) and someone we will all be pleased with..

Well this is going to happen.. only name I can think of is Huntelaar and that ain't going to happen lol

He says played in one of the two top leagues, not both.
