Yeah i'd say him too, his move to Porto fell through the other day through his excessive wage demands.

I'm losing the will to live.

I've no idea who this could be. Pauline Calf maybe? Either way, unless this has been bubbling away quietly for a few weeks its bloody ridiculous to be making fresh moves this late in the day. We passed up players like Witsel and Piatti becasue we were worried about value for money, and now we're making fresh attempts to lure an expensive big haired ego to the club!

I'll eat my hat if this comes off whoever it is!

to be honest i hope its not vagner love, i just dont see him as 'exciting the fans'. a few years ago he was a big thing but cant see him having the same impact.

Id be excited at seeing him in a rovers shirt. Miles better than anything we have at the moment up front

It's not just now, chaddy; I fear we're reaping the whirlwind of several months' mis-management at all levels of the club.

I've got really mixed feelings about 11.01 pm tomorrow - one one hand, the window will have shut and, apart from loan players and players who aren't on the books of any other club, that's it till January. Which means none of us need spend so much time on here reading and recycling rumours.

On the other hand, I fear [and I know I'm not alone in this] that none of the gaps we can see need to be filled will have been filled.

100% Vagner Love as I said earlier. Everything adds up. Big ego, big wage, big fee, big hair and a sex tape to go with nicko's 'sexy striker' label! He also seems to be ignoring any tweet that sounds close to Vagner's description. I for one would be very happy with this signing. Can't see us pulling it off unfortunately but I really hope venky's can surprise me.
