den Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 To be fair, there's very little to post about right now aside from pulling apart the negative Nancy's and their poisoness pessimism, considering how much they spout across the board and in a large number of threads. There's nothing else to talk about Braddock, if all you're interested in, is "are we signing anyone Nicko/Zacc/Kamy?"

Indeed. If we were privvy to the truth then maybe, but all we get is conjecture from 'insiders' about why we missed out, which ranges on the type of person who tells us. You're a privy.
dr_awol Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 Have heard that we have had a bid rejected for David Goodwillie
braddock Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 There's nothing else to talk about Braddock, if all you're interested in, is "are we signing anyone Nicko/Zacc/Kamy?" When was the last time I asked that? What do you talk about?
PAFELL Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 Fee for Kalanic agreed (Andy Cryer has tweet), he is on his way. Lets see what happens to the money. Do the bank get it or will it be spent on player transfers.
alexanders Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 While the free roaming business would be great while we attacked it would beg the question of how we organise when we defend. Hoilett was rather good at tucking in on the left and harassing who he was marking. With Rochina and Formica you do have to wonder how muh they would contribute defensively - at least one of the two would need to keep the shape well and close down the opposition. From what I saw Formica has a tevezque Engine and Rochina comes from Barca. I Think both will be good at winning the ball back from the. Opposisjon.
philipl Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 Lets see what happens to the money. Do the bank get it or will it be spent on player transfers. Including agreed deals not completed, transfer spending is currently at net -£19.5m for this window.

Do the bank get it or will it be spent on player transfers. dont forget that every club has to be in the black from what ive heard of the new ruling so paying off debt is very important. i dont know the ins and outs of it or when it kicks in so i cant comment too much. maybe transfers fees cover this and then the roas will fund transfers we pay out for
PAFELL Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 Including agreed deals not completed, transfer spending is currently at net -£19.5m for this window. With the manager in hong kong. Venkys also there or in India. No chairman at the club etc etc - Who is at the club to complete deals? Who releases the funds to purchase players? Somebody must be there as Rovers were able to sell PJ ok.
Rovers4eva Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 Klose has signed for Lazio, so I dont know why roverinsider is mentioning him. Surely he hasnt made than worse an impresion at his new club has he??

If so, Rovers may as well stay in debt. Because the first task for Rovers is to stay in the premiership - no rules about being in the black for that.

Guess the magical ###### transfer fairies and contract elves must be sorting out Petrovic then eh.
Speedie Dived Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 See above post. Information's obviously not that invaluable regardless of how much truth is in the story. If they don't sign then we may as well have never known about them in the first place. If you are only interested in who signs then you might as well read the official website. Personally, i would think it's good to know who we are after, what type of player, what transfers never went through and why. Logically gives you a better understanding of the club than seeing a player holding a scarf.

Speedie Dived Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 Well Roversinsider has certainly stuck his neck on the line. I prefer Belhadj's list, ha ha
donnermeat Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 Kerzakhov or Doumbia would be amazing. Actually any of them would but I would prefer one of those and try and get that Bangura fella he seems to be attracting interest and banging them in.
LeChuck Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 CHEAP LIST... Teteh Bangura, Juan Martinez, Anthony Ujah, Aleksey Alekseev, Vladimir Dyadyun, Kornilenko The only one I'd heard of there is Kornilenko, and that's only because he totally flopped at Blackpool last season. Didn't score a single goal. Googled the rest. Anthony Ujah joined Mainz last month. That makes me think every list is ######, we're not going to sign someone who has just moved clubs.

chaddyrovers Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 roversinsider Blackburn Rovers Spy FRED & SOBIS are also off most likely work permit problems i would imagine
Teacup Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 Makes sense to me that Venky's are in full control of any big signings (over £3M). It explains why all of Kean's targets have been free transfers or relatively cheap. I just hope they start moving on these lists and get some players locked down. Whether this list is real or not I don't know, seems a lot of work for a Twitter message.
Taggart Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 without doubt, 2 from Bal`s list, and the guy will become a legend for me ! Podolski, Fabiano, Love - would be amazing !

As far as I am aware there are no missing Tweets from the latest burst so over to you all to make of this what you will. I don't know if these are the Kentaro/Kean/Venky's lists of six weeks ago or are refreshed by recent events.
