Why, why do we let players get involved in this kind of thing?? Any idea how bad?

Apparently it looked bad but then he walked off so hopefully just a knock.

Can't blame the club for this one, look at Bolton 2 broken legs already, you have to have friendlies though.

I know, my "why, why" wasn't really aimed at anyone.

Pre-season friendlies are fine but having a player play for a different team. Presumably their are still tactics. What if the manager (for the night) is asking one of our players to perform a role he wasn't comfortable with. Could cause him to overstretch, or something?

Don't mind me, I'm just ranting... hopefully we're worrying over nothing.
