Has anyone else been reading this thread http://forum.rangersmedia.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=190397&st=11220 over the past few days? Utterly ridiculous. I don't intend any racism by this, and I apologise if there are any on here, but man Scottish people talk (and type) such ######! They even type the way they talk, so damn hard to understand.

One comment from that thread. Seriously, Rangers fans seem to think their team are the best in the world. Man, I hope they join the PL one day, we are a better team than them and they'd probably end up getting relegated.

I haven't spoken with my contact today, so don't ask what the hold up is! I have no idea, it was supposed to be done by 4pm. It's going to happen today, and when it does halle-lujah. I am 100% confident that those of you who doubt this kid will be majorly surprised, he will score 15 goals next season, if he doesn't I'll wear a Burnley shirt and post pics of it on here!

I love the optimism. I am confident this kid will score more goals the Kalinic did in two years and all with 4 million pound change. That sounds like smart business to me

Why punish us twice?

You should eat the Burnley shirt, so we don't need to look at it.

And don't buy one, that's contributing to the simple folk. Nick it.

Infact you should nick ten Burnley shirts and eat them.

I doubt it. They qualify for the CL every season, why wait to see if they progress this year?

I'm not sure the top 2 have a shot at reaching the group stages any more, so if Rangers were to finish second, then its off to the UEFA Cup next season. Even if they reached the group stages, that'll be as far as they'll go, and there is no guaruntee they'll face AC Milan, Real Madrid etc. So on that score, a move the the Huns would be a bit of a cop-out. OK they'll be in European competition more often than us, but they'll probably lose to a Dutch/Swedish/French/Swiss team before the big boys arrive.

If Goodwillie wants to stall signing in case Rangers progress, then he isn't for us. He'd obviously fancy the easy life in the puddle if those stories are true.

This statement is incorrect. Third signing confirmed by Sky sources if you count the little South American.
