booth Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 How on earth can Venkys believe there is nobody out there that could get more out of this team than Kean? How on earth can they think he is the man the players will rally around and fight for? You look at some of the players we have and they should be doing much better. But you have to wonder about the logic of a man who didn't play Goodwillie last week at home, but is playing him today. Also he wanted Petrovic last week, but this week he puts him on the bench. For me Goodwillie is the only sunshine on a very stormy day. Shame we can't play him up front because Roberts is wedged up Keans backside.

S60tti_BRFC Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 Rovers fans need to take some action against Venky's and Kean!!!!
Roversi Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 What does kean think we will get by playing 4-4-2 away at villa who will stretch you with Thier pace.
moerpho Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 Just hoping we won't concede more goals before the break. Only reasonable thing to do at half time is to see if Bruno Ribeiro can do a better job than Salgado as right back and replace Dunn with Petrovic or Rochina - Gamst with Formica - and pray noone gets injured.
MarkBRFC71 Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 Listening to Radio Lancs - was 15.31 when they first mentioned Roberts' name. Not good enough. Sounds like one of Big Sam's 'give up before you've even started' performances so far.
niggit Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 Put on Rochina and Formica, at least they want to play and go at them

Pugg Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 The only positive will be if kean gets replaced with a proper manager...or we score a shed load in the second half. You can say what you want about Dunn but at least he is showing a bit of passion! I know it would be throwing petrovic in but get him an Formica on. It can't get any worse. Have we got anyone that could replace salgado?
Mercer Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 It's dire and to think we are a first half team !!! This is very sad and almost too much to bear. We are presently rock bottom of the PL and unless something dramatically changes at Rovers, that's, sadly, where we will stay.
Mattyblue Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 Difference being Mark, we can't win at home anymore either. HE MUST GO
Dan Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 Trevor Francis is doing my head in. Get some Tunes you muppet.
Finch Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 We're not very good We're not very good We're not very, we're not very We're not very good

SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 Awful...where's the fight in this side?. I have hardly heard Roberts name mentioned in this game!
Andy Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 COME ON GUYS, GIVE KEAN A CHANCE Hah, nice one. Amusing thing is, some deluded people will still back the joker - you'll see them pop up later tonight. Hopefully Venky's will be sitting there now at Villa Park and won't be too naive to see that this is woeful. I would legitimately swap Kean for Ince.
yankrover Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 Gamst has been totally useless. I didn't think we'd win this game, but that half was shockingly bad.
philipl Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 Rovers 37% posession. That first half simply says relegation Derby-style.
Amo Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 Problem being when you don't have Big Sam's superb home record. Go and support West Ham already.
novella Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 Is vukcevic watching this game?if he is that move will break down. He won't come near the ###### ###### that we are. What the (Please don't use that word again) was that kean. ###### prick!
